Far From Hate (Todoroki x Deku)

Chaper 1

#Deku POV#
It was a nice spring day. I was on my way to the UA and while I was waiting to walk I see Todoroki, my crush, stand beside me.
"Nice day today," He says to break the silence. (well between us two)
"Mh? Oh yeah," I respond. I goes quiet for a few minutes and we finally get to walk.
"Hey Todoroki," I was looking down at my feet when I said it.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"You know that burn on your face?" I was starting to get nervous.
He laughs a little, "You want to know how I got it. Don't you?"
I nervously laugh along with him, "Yeah..."
"I was about 5 or 6 when I got it. My mom was talking to her mom about us...." He stops talking and walking. I stop beside him and look up at him. He had tears in his eyes. He inhales deeply.
"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to," I felt sorry for him.
"No I have to get it out," He says, "My mom poured boiling water on my left side because it was my fathers side, duh, and so my dad took her to a hospital. Now I hate my father, but I still love my mother."
"Oh....I'm sorry I asked," I say walking away. He catches up to me.
"It's not your fault," He says.
We arive at the UA and we walk to class 1-A. We continue on with our lives for the rest of the day.

~Lunch Time~

#Todoroki POV#
I was at a table by myself, normally. I start to eat until I hear his voice again.
"Mind if I sit here?" Asked Deku.
"Yeah. I guess," I didn't look up from my food until I feel heat on my right side. I at my left side and see Deku sitting beside me. I think he was blushing a little, and so was I, but mine was hardly noticable. It got really akward after some time. Until, Bakugo walks by and leans on the table.
"Hey Deku," He says, "You said you would sit by me today."
"What? No I didn't!" Deku says.
"Oh then I guess you wouldn't mind if I sit here then?" He asked while reaching his hand down to Deku's shoulder. I see smoke rise from the cracks in his hands and Deku's face scrunch up.
"Don't hurt him," I say.
"Yeah. And what are you gonna do about that, Icy-Hot?" God I hated it when he called me that.
"You don't want me to do it," I say while I raise up my left hand with fire starting in it.
"Hey Icy-Hot's using his fire for once!" Bakugo says raising his hand from Deku's shoulder. I quickly put out the fire.
"Don't call me that," I say glaring at Bakugo.
"Aw Icy-Hot's ge-" I cut his off.
"DON'T CALL ME THAT!" I scream at him standing up while ice was staring to form on my arm and face while the left side was heating up, fast, with fire.
"How about this," Bakugo says, "You. Me. Forest. After School."
"Why?" Daku asked.
"DEKU DID I SAY YOUR DAMN NAME!?" He screamed.
"Hey. Deku can come," I say quickly.
"Alright then. You going or gonna be a pussy and not come?" Bakugo says.
"I'm coming. With Deku," I say calming down.
"Okay," He says while walking away. I sit back down. Deku and I don't speak for the rest of the lunch time.

~After School~

#Deku POV#
I was walking beside Todoroki to the forest to meet Kacchan. We arive at the forest and Kacchan leads us to a tree-free area.
"Ready?" He asked.
Todoroki nod and hands me his backpack.
"Deku your gonna see how long it's gonna take us to fight!" Kacchan screams as he throws me his backpack.
"Okay!" I say back as they get in positon.
"3..2..1!" I scream and Todoroki is the first to attack and he rises a big ice wall infont of Kacchan. Kacchan starts to make explosions and breaks the ice.

Todoroki rises into the air by a tall ice pillar.

BANG

Kacchan starts knocking it down. Todoroki start to make more pillars and jump on them as Kacchan blows them up.

~20 minutes later~

Kacchan was slowing down and was hardly bleeding. Todoroki, remains untouched. Kacchan falls down and raises his hand and tells us he gives up.

I stop the watch. "20.58!" I say.
Todoroki smiles and looks over at me. He winks and walks to Kacchan. They talk for a while. Todoroki helps Kacchan up. They both walk back to me and Kacchan grabs his bag and storms off. Todoroki grabs his bag and stands beside me watching Kacchan walk away.
"Come on Deku. Let's go home before dark," He says as we walk back to town.
