The dark cloaks advanced towards Marcus, causing a devious smirk to come across his pale face. The creatures now among him were pale, and all had black hair and eyes like coal.
"What is your reason for summoning us here, vampire?" One of the males hissed. 'He must be their chosen leader.' Marcus stated, with a cold expression.
"I wouldn't speak in such tone, considering I have something your Magister wants." Silence filled the small ally. Now he had their full attention.
Marcus's dark smile widen in a way that could have made anyone shudder, but didn't seem to effect them. He was not pleased by this fact.
"What could you possibly have that are Master wants?" Their leader questioned.
"The one." Two words. All it took was two words, words that would've meant nothing to anyone, except the dark cloaks.
Murmurs filled the air and they looked at him with new interest.
"You have The one?" The leader exclaimed, his eyes dark.
"Well, not completely. But I know where to find and capture her." Marcus said confidently.
"How do we know we can trust you?" The leader hissed again. His earlier hatred towards the downworlder had , probably because there was a chance that he had something that they had been wanting forever.
"Because I have this," Marcus slowly raised the small gem, that glowed dimly in his hands.
The leader's eyes widen. Slowly, he said, "Alright Vampire, what do you want?"
Marcus grinned. "I want....your army."
"Why would you possibly want that?" The leader asked.
"You see, I want to destroy a few certain shadowhunters...." Marcus trailed off, his eyes getting darker.
The leader just nodded, not really caring as to what his intentions were.
"Fine, you have our assistance. Tell us what we have to do."
And then, they began their sinister plans.
