I walked into a building in the privileged part of my city, and gave the secretary my name. When she glanced up I was handed a manila envelope and escorted out the back door of the building
I looked in the envelope and read a note in which I was told to retrieve a girl in exchange for 4 million dollar, My family needed this money I couldnt sell drugs, or my body and I had to keep up my bad boy reputation.....and I cant do that unless I keep up my good looks
I walked home, which took all day and stepped inside the door accidentally slamming it earning a severe glance from my mother and I knew a scolding was coming on ,and sure enough
“Ivan Merinos Alejandro Enrique Hernandez how dare you worry me so, coming home this late and on your sister’s birthday. It is a shame son I thought better of you, Go check on her and reassure her as only a big brother can.
Now fully admonished, I made my way back to my sister’s room knocking gently on the door. I opened it ,and peered at her on her bed sighing to herself . “Hey, Happy Birthday Rita “ I say and smile at her and she doesn’t even look up So I bring out her gift from behind my back and she squeals and says ”What is it???” and I watch her open it and see the new Iphone. I listen to her screams before closing the door and heading to my room to sleep. I drift off as soon as my head hits the pillow.
A/N Oh Kay so this is my second book and the first was not very good, So let me know how I'm doing and I'll try and improve
