Do you know what it is like to be the outcast, the one that doesn't belong, but you don't know why? I don't know my name, my family, or where I even came from. I only remember crashing into the icy depths of the bay, compressed in that pod, the water was leaking in, the seals slowly filling up my tiny pod with the salty water, until I eventually kicked in the door and was drenched with the frigid flow of the bay as I swam to the surface. After that, I remember swimming onto the beach, collapsing on the white sand, then I remember no more.
It was around 2:00 AM when a foreign object fell from the sky in St. Caramel, California.

"Come on Basil!" The young boy called to his brother grabbing his hand, weaving in and out through the crowd. Tonight was the Festival of the Blood Moon, a festival that only happens once every 5 years celebrating the Red Moon, a time to finish uncompleted things, verbally or physical objects, and is the beginning of new things to come. This year the boys were hoping something exciting would finally happen in their particularly boring lives. The festival went through the whole night and the village started from when the moon rises to when it sets."Finally!" Basil exclaimed to his friends and brother Attor King, Salem Wood, and Tarquin Barnes. "Its 2:00 A.M.! The Moon will be at its highest peak now!" He exclaims jumping up and down excitedly.
Attor just nods to his brother, already knowing what happens, and starts to wander off, telling his friends he'll be back soon. The earlobe length choppy haired noiret sauntered out of the village, his head hung low, bangs falling into his face from being tucked behind his ears. Attor kept wandering until he came upon his favorite spot in St.Caramel, the cliff that overlooked the bay of white sand and black pebbles, with salt water so clear it's like a pane of glass in the day and a mirror at night. He sat down on the edge, legs dangling off the steep ledge. Now if he were to slip and fall he would plummet into the razor sharp rocks below him, his body dropping into the polar depths of the bay never to be found again.
Attor looks up to the night sky, looking for the constellation Our Lady of Sorrows, which also only appears in the light of the Blood Moon. After finding the constellation, in the corner of his eye he saw a shooting star. So, as every 'normal' person does, he made a wish. 'I wish something abnormal and exciting would finally happen in my life.' Attor keeps watching the star, and after a few seconds realises that it isn't fading away, but coming straight towards him. He scrambles up off of the edge, nearly falling off the cliff in his rushed exit to avoid the oncoming star, but quickly regaining his balance. Attor watches the star as it descends. The fragment of the sky plummets down and lands in the middle of the bay causing a splash to erupt and the water to ripple in waves.
Attor watches as the star that now looks like some sort of capsule sinks into the bay. He stares at it in shock for a while and after a bit he eventually makes out a shape. As the shape floats or swims as he should now say, Attor could tell that the shape was a figure, a human figure in fact. 'Could it actually be human though, if it came from the sky? There hasn't been any N.A.S.A launches recently that are due to come back. Could it actually be? An alien?' He ponders. Attor eventually realizes that the figure isn't moving and quickly moves down across the rock formation to reach the beach. As he arrives at the bottom he realizes the figure is NOT human, and is also female.
Her light blood red skin turns to pale white as her genes are programed to do. Attor studies her. What appears to be waist length black hair with choppy diagonal bangs dyed blood or crimson red. Her eyes were closed so he couldn't see the color, but she had long beautiful eyelashes, thin lips, and a few freckles dotting her face across her nose. Her ears had a slight point to them but not severe enough to be considered elvish. Small scars littered her face. Her clothing attire was different, it wasn't even clothes, but more like armor. She was wearing a tight black bodysuit with maroon armor covering her from head to toe.
