The big blue sea, you can see that thing from miles away. The beautiful wildlife, and gorgeous plants. Its just jaw dropping. But there is one place in the ocean we have yet to understand and have very little knowledge of. The midnight zone. This place is home to many creatures such as the Anglerfish and giant squids. But there is one creature nobody has heard of and whoever has heard of it dosent usually live to tell the tale. Well except for me of course.
I was fishing with my brother Tom. We both just caught a lot of fish and was ready to head back, until he heard something. He said it sounded like a loud, low pitched squeaking sound. I didn't hear anything of course and told him he is just hearing things again. Then out of nowhere i hear him screaming. He sounded like he was staring death straight in the face. He wasn't far off. I ran over to him to see what was the matter and he pointed over west. And out in the distance we both see a giant scaled human creature with razor sharp teeth and pointy ears.
I told my brother to get the rifle while i get the keys to the boat and drive off. He did as i said and grabbed the rifle we had in out cabinet in case someone or something were to attack out boat like a shark or killer whale or something. He came back and i looked over at him and he froze. And asked "where did the creature go?" I looked over to see nothing over in the distance just the dark blue sea.
"Well i guess that thing is gone now, lets head back I don't want to anymore shit like that again." I leaned over to grab the keys when my brother shot the gun into the water. "I..I see it i see that monster!" I screamed at him to drop the gun and get back. But as soon as he dropped the gun that monster almost 7 feet tall jumped out of the water and grabbed my brother and took him down into the deep blue sea.
Me and my brother out trackers on us so if we ever do loose each other we can find each other. I ran into the main deck and grabbed the tracker and wanted to see where he is. I didn't want to grab the gun and shoot cuz i might shoot him, or i might be too late and he is gone. The tracker said and i quote. " 0.01 meters away, 1,000 meters down into the ocean". I was freaking out at this point my brother is so deep i might never see him again.
I drove back to land right after that. I could not handle it anymore. I sat down and just sobbed for the next hour or so. Then i looked over to the big ocean and say that same creature looking at me with black skin and red eyes. Now i know why they hide in the midnight zone. In the morning they hide. At night they feast on anyone who is out there.
I never went to the ocean after that but every night i hear that low pitched squeaking noise that thing made. And i can also hear my brother screaming in terror while that monster dragged him down to the deep blue sea.
If anyone reads this just remember the ocean is a beautiful place but it can also be the scariest and more deadly place in the world. So be careful and run away if you see anything swimming towards you at night drive away on your boat.
