Lacys Pov-

When mom called me and said she had a surprise, I was a little worried! when mom has a surprise it's usually something she likes. Like the time she took me to a bird watching club, or the time we went to go flower picking . what's next? knitting? oh god! I loaded Sams dipper bag and but her in the car. I woke up nash too. I made nash drive. when we got there, I told the nurse that my mother wanted me, and asked what room Griers were in. she said room 367 so we got in the elevator, and walked in the room. I saw my 15 yr old sister holding a new born baby. I was speechless. mom was just smiling ! I walked over to mom and handed Sam to her then approached the bed that Hayley was in . still not saying anything I put my hand on the babies head. then I asked " boy or girl" Hayley replied " boy, his name is Austin" Hayes smiled when she said that. " Austin Jake Grier " Hayley finished. " Cool " I replied. " agh " Sam said trying to talk. " what's up with you lacy? I just had my baby! can't you be a little more nice about it? spoke Hayley. " I'm happy for you! just shoked! " Hayley shot me a grin. " we'll I don't wanna keep Sam up any later "

Hayley pov-

I was tierd as heck so I put mom in charge of Austin while I took a much needed nap.

When I woke up Aus wasn't laying beside me like he was when I fell asleep 4 hours ago . I had a mini heart attack!

mom walked in and said " Austin's in the baby room, getting checked up on"

"oh okay" I said. I was feeling hungry so I called the kitchen. " hi, I'd like a small salad with 2 prices of chicken and a water bottle please." "what's your room number?" the man asked " 367 " I replied. about 10 mins later I heard a knock on the door. since I had just had the baby that day, I wasn't aloud to get out of bed, so I screamed at the top of my lungs , " COME IN" he opened the door, and I apoliagized for not opening the door, then explaind I had just had a baby.. he laughed and handed me the salad and set the hot chicken on the bedside table, just as I began to say ' thank you!' Hayes walked in holding Aus and followed behind him was Nash and Sammy👐 the nice man left. Hayes set Austin in the little bed cart thing, and walked over to me and kissed my head. Nash sat sam down and walked over to Austin and held his hand. Then hayes sat down and put Sam on his lap.
