My Mentor

School

I wake up and Cole has his hands around me and his pillow is wet from tears. I check the time nd say "oh shit we're late. I wake up Cole and run to my siblings room and see they are gone. Then i see on my door that Chris brought them to school. 

Cole says "can I sleep over u house tonight." 

"Yeah" i say and I get dressed and Cole get dressed and I wake up Erick and Zach. I tell them that we are late.  

"Oh shit" he says "if we are late today we get detention." 

"I know so get ready," i say. "me and Cole will be in the car"

"Cole is here" he says worried.

"yeah but we talked about it and he wants to stay the night" i say

"He can stay" he says.

"Yeah" I told him.

"Ok" he says. I go to the car with Cole and his face is still a little red and it might become a bruise. Erick than gets in the car and starts to drive. We get to school and we are just on time. When I get in the my home room the bell rings. I am on time. I sit next to my bi best friend, Zabdiel and his boyfriend, Joel. 

"Hi" i say and give them a hug.

"Hi best friend" they say back and give me a hug. They are just so cute to together. I told them like a week ago that I would help them if they wanted to adopt. Since i was adopted and I would baby sit her or him. They said ok. Then are asshole home room teacher walks in and yells at us. 

And with her squeaky ass voice says" stop talking and sit down" Then she sits down at her desk. Then Jack flips her off when she wasn't looking.  

Everyone laugh and I say that's my cousin. 

Then my enemy says "and That is my boyfriend" Ohh how much i want to punch that smirk off her face. She is so annoying. She thinks she is the queen of every one. I told my cousin that I don't want her any where near me. He understood but he said that if she breaks my heart or we break up you have my full permission to whop her ass. That is why I love him. 

The bell rings and I go to my class. I have Science and lucky I have my boy best friend with me. Cole is my lab partner. He is also the best lab partner ever because he is awesome at science and can help me with it. When Science is over I have social studies and Ella is in my class. 

Then I have math and I hate it. I don't like not knowing how to do something or being the last to know something. I don't have any close friends in that class so it makes it even worst and to top it all of  my math teacher says Ilene can you come here." I walk up to him then he says "Ilene if you don't get a 70 or higher you are going to stay back."

"I know" I say wanting to scream.

" Corbyn" he says. 

" I am coming" says a boy with dirty blonde hair and greenish blue eyes. When he comes he says "yeah".

Then my math teacher says " Ilene this is Corbyn and Corbyn this is Ilene the girl you are going to tutor.

"What!!" I say. 

Then Corbyn says "sweet" and looks me up and down. I just roll my eyes. 

"today u at your house Ilene and every other day" he says.

" I have to baby sit my siblings and I was going to bring them to the mall." I say honestly

"Well u have to do it another day and Christopher can baby sit them or Erick" he says.

"But...." i say but he cuts me off and says "no buts"

"Fine but i better get extra credit as well" i say

" Deal" he says. Then we leave class and then when school is over i give Corbyn a ride to my house.
