No Accident

First Step

"Who is Max you ask? Well, I want to start off this therapy session by telling you what others think of me, at first glance. On the outside I may be Captain of the Football, I may have rich parents, a big house, I may be popular, most of the girls at school may have a crush on me and I may be labelled as the typical 'jock' from those America movies. Who is Max really? I guess I will have to start from the beginning..."

Max smiles as he sits next to his friend, with his lunch,"Hey Guys."
One of his friends smiles back,"Hey man."
Max first bumps his friend Josh,"Good game man, we won again, we are on a roll."
Josh first bumps Max back,"Yeah, good game. We did it again, I can't believe it. What do you think Michael?"
Michael's phone buzzes,"SICK! There's a party at Emma's tonight, Are you guys going?"
Max smiles,"Hell ya, are you going Adrian?"
Adrian smiles,"Of course, What about you Micheal?"
Michelle laughed,"This is Emma we are talking about, we can't miss out."
Josh laughs back,"Everyone will be there man, no one can miss it."
Max looks at Adrian,"Hey, are you going to ask that girl, you like to the party?'
Adrian's cheeks went red,"No way!"
Micheal laugh,"Come on, you can do it! Go on!"
Josh laughed,"I dare you and if not I will do it for you."
Adrian sighed,"Okay fine!"
Adrian stood and his friends cheered. They all watch him as he walked towards her.
"Hey Rose! I was wondering if - em - you would like to go to Emma's party with me as - like - a date?"
Rose laughed,"What with you?"
Adrian smiles,"Yeah, that's why I'm asking."
A girl sashed up to Rose and kisses her,"My girlfriend is going to the dance with me."
He looks to his friends,"Oh right, does that mean your lesbian?"
Rose laughs,"Yup."
His friends laughs as Rose walks away.

We walked into the party and we dressed to impress. The music was thumping and vibrating through the floors and as we walked through the doors, we were surrounded by people and we saw lights jumping up and down next to the stage, where the DJ's were. We locked eyes with Emma. She strolled up to us in a silver sparkly silky dress,"Evening gentlemen would you like a drink?"
Max nodded,"Yes please Emma."
Suddenly, Max felt a hand on his shoulder.
He grinned at Max,"Did you miss me?"
Max tolled his eyes,"Not now Ray."
Ray smiled,"Oh come on, I need my little nephew."
Max sighed,"Okay fine, what is it this time?"
Ray grabbed Max and dragged him outside the party,"Well, now I will be able to hear you. listen, I need you to take a box in that house in the theirs bed room."
Max looked at him,"No way! I'm not doing your dirty work! I shouldn't have let you make me do it last time, let alone now!"
Ray revealed a gun from his jacket and held a picture to his line of sight,"Listen up kiddo, you need to take this or this time I will kill you. How dare you talk to me like that. I will tell your parents where you have been going and ruin your life. I will make you lose all you so called 'friends' so, you better go in there and take it."
Max breaths in slowly and exhales,"Okay - okay, calm down. Why do you need this box so badly? It won't help with anything?"
Ray puts the gun to his head,"It's worth a lot of money, more then your worth so take the box now, it's your last warning of your head."
Max shakes,"I will do it."
Ray shouts as Max walked away,"Meet me here after!"
Max walked up the marble stairs and through the empty halls. Max could head the heavy wight underneath his feet, he could hear the nose from underneath him as he walks further to the room. He opens a door which slightly creaked and he slowly top-toed into the distance, he looked around and saw the box on the shelf. It looked exactly like a crown cheat but it was laced with white ribbons. The material looked expensive, the box was compressed with jewels and a red rubbery texture underneath the diamond like crown on top. He didn't dare to open it, it would open a wound of guilt instead him, he would never be able to relieve so he crept back out the same way. He stepped down the halls and back down the stairs, without anyone in sight. He opened the door to where Ray was and Max saw Ray standing there smiling as he watched me walk up to him with the box.
"Here you go, can I go now?"
Ray laughed,"You can go for now. I will be back."
Max waited a while outside, waiting for Ray to walk away and he did, Max then walked him and silently cried himself to sleep.
