School Life ~ Chanlix

Third Person

It was a rainy day in Seoul. There was a rumor spread about how there was supposed to be a new transfer student. People say that the student is foreign. It was rumored that the student would arrive later that day.

Changbin, one of Chan's friends, hadn't seen Chan yet so he figured that the older was behind the school, smoking. Changbin walked to the back of the school, and seen Chan. "Hyung. Did you hear the rumors?" Chan nodded, "yeah. I don't care for the rumors." Changbin shut up after that. Chan said, "Changbin, go to class. Please. For me at least. Or I'll tell Hyunjin." Changbin let out a small squeak, before darting to class.

Hyunjin was Changbin's boyfriend. If Chan were to tell Hyunjin that Changbin was gonna skip, then Hyunjin would punish the older, but smaller boy. Back to Chan. Chan took a long drag of the cigarette before putting it out and walking back to class, chewing on a piece of mint flavored gum.

"Can Bang Chan please report to the office?"

Chan groaned and began walking to the office. He walked in, seen a small boy, and looked at the principal, "Yes, ma'am?" The principal looked at Chan, "Can you show Felix around the school? You're fluent in English right?" Chan looked down at the younger, then brought his gaze back to the principal, "No." He stated before walking out of the office. The principal looked at Felix and shrugged, "I'm sorry." The principal said in broken English. Felix smiled small, trying to let the principal know that it was okay, and can try to find his classes on his own.

The principal let Felix go. Felix was looking at his schedule and locker information. He wasn't really watching where he was going, and bumped into another person. Felix felt bad and helped the boy up, "I-I'm sorry!" He said in English. He was surprised to hear, "it's okay" in English. Felix helped pick up the boy's stuff. "Are you the new student?" Felix nodded, "I-I'm Felix.." The boy smiled, "I'm Seungmin. Do you know Korean?" Felix shook his head, "I'm from Australia.." Seungmin grinned, "I can teach you Korean if you'd like?" Felix smiled gratefully, "please..?" Seungmin smiled, and looked at Felix's schedule, "we have the same schedule. Follow me." 

Felix followed Seungmin to the first class.

~~~LUNCH TIME~~~

Felix had memorized where the cafeteria was and was walking by himself. He had seen the boy from earlier, Chan. "Lixie! Over here!" Seungmin yelled. Felix smiled and walked to where his new friend sat.

Chan had heard Seungmin yell, and scoffed. "Of course the loser would befriend the new kid. Weirdos.." Changbin heard Chan and chuckled,"Come on, hyung.  our friends are waiting for us." Chan nodded and followed the shorter boy to their friends.
