When you got back to the Shadow Realm, Ulric was sitting on the couch with Brute. He turned to look at you and chuckled.
"What's so funny?" You asked as you sat next to him.
"Why did you go fight them for me?" He answered with another question.
Embarrassed to say it in front of the others, you pulled Ulric into her room and told him, "because... because i... i-i love you Ulric."
Ulric stopped laughing and grinned mischievously. He pulled you into his arms and kissed you. It was gently and brief at first but when he pulled away it was just to breath. Then his lips pressed against yours rougher and longer.
When Ulric pulled away the second time he looked deep into your eyes, "I love you, too, (y/n)."
