Yes, I have decided a few times if I should go ahead with this, due to the topics. In my thoughts, I believe that this might be one of the most depressing countryhumans fanfiction's out there. If I am wrong, please do tell me of others and I'll give them a read.

America is abused at school.
He uses Pain, Alcohol and Drugs to get rid of thoughts or memories.
America is also extremely suicidal, and the only thing keeping America on his feet is Russia, however, America isn't afraid to hurt others.
One wrong look, and America instantly starts a fight.
One wrong word, and America would have you running.
