3: Hard times

Kion was running for a while until he reached a new place. He got to a high rock, and collapsed, he was very tired and out of breat from running. He layed there for a few minutes before getting up to his paws and walking. It was very dark, all the trees were bare, and the weather was colder then normal. It seemed like Smoke was filling the air, he climbed a rock, and saw a High Rock, with Lion Roaring. Kion squinted his eyes "This place is so damp, an is that a pride?" He lifted up his body, and roared into the distance, but not the roar of the elders. The lions stopped and looked over to where Kion was, he looked down to see the lions, staring directly at him. They stared at eachother for a bit, before Kion walked closer. Kion wa suprisingly still brave after all the events that happened earlier. The liones stayed where they were, muscles ready to fight, Kion went up to the Pride, and looked at all of them. There was a big, strong looking lion on top of the big rock •It must be the leader• Kion thought to himself. The leader looked him directly in the eyes "we have a newbey" the leader said, in a confident low voice. "What do you want?" Kion looked down, and looked back up "i dont want any harm, i was just thrown out of my pride, i was looking and i found here, i dont want to fight." Kion said, he put his ears down a bit. The leader nodded "thrown out of your pride you say?" The leader asked, and Kion nodded. "I am looking for somewhere to stay, but i will leave if it makes all of you comfortable" Kion looked over his shoulder to all of the other lions and lionesses, then back at the leader. "I understand, i was in your place one time, ill explain later, you can stay for now. But if you try anything, to me or my family, i will-"  "I understand" Kion cut him off, and the leader nodded. The lions and lionesses gave shocked faces, but one seemed to exept Kion, even tho she just met him. The leader called off the meeting. "Hey, Cmon" He said to Kion, and they went into the Leaders cave. "So, First, whats your name?" The leader said."Kion, i'm Kion" He said. The leader nodded. "Kion, I am Ronno" Ronno said, and sat down. "So, let me tell you my story, ... i was born 5 years ago, in a small and pretty weak pride. My father was always manipulated by our Leader, Our Leader was pathetic, and only cared for himself. One day, it got to far. And the leader killed my father. My mom fought back, but was easily defeated, And she was exiled. I was forced to stay in the dumb pride, with weak lionesses, with a pathetic Leader, and without my parents.. when i was a teenager, i decided to run away, and start my own pride. I was alone for years, before i found a place full of green, and lots of food. There was a few lonely lionesses, i deicded to lead them, and i finally had a peide of my own. But suddenly, One day, there was a very bad rainstorm, and it destroyed almost everything. That place is here, it used to be full of green and life, until Weather ruined it" Kion looked down at the ground. "Thats awful, im sorry" Ronno looked at Kion "ehh, anyways, whats ur story?" Ronno said, Kion looked at Ronno. "I was born, with my older sister, and my parents, the rulers, king and queen. I was declared the leader of the lion guard when i was a cub, and i risked everything i had, to protect the circle of life. But, the evil lion Scar returned, and he ruined my life. One night i heard somehing from the vulcano, and i wanted to investigate. But my mom wouldnt let me go alone, she loved me too much.. she came with me, and i accidentaly used the roar of the elders with her in my path... and i killed her,," a tear went down Kions cheek. "The rest of my family found us, and Forced me out.. i ran far away and found this place, and now im here" Kion Sighed. And Ronno was shocked "Wow, Ruff time" Ronno said.
