The apology

NOTE:

This is my first EVER story and I plan on making it into a series with regular punishments, it is currently 03:26am 27/04/19 and I'm watching Harry Potter with my best friend who is also an AMAZING writer who also writes drarry along with more great story's (my personal favourite is, hes just sad) and you should check him out on 'emotionless-tional'  thanks XD.

And even tho I would like you honest opinion on the story I hope you wont be to harsh Haha and i hope you enjoy ;-;

It was a white snowy afternoon at Hogwarts and the four tables were sitting in the great hall, except one individual from the slytherin table who was deep in thought in the largest of the rooms in the slytherin common room. Draco Lucius Malfoy, the heir of the weakest and most cowardly death eater of them all, sat leant up against the lime green cushion as the thoughts of past failures and disappointments he laid upon his family name, but there was something else.....A thought that couldn't leave his head no matter how hard he tried.

He had hurt so many people, friends and fellow students that he felt a sense of guilt that he hasn't quite figured out how to make these strang and unusual feelings go away. He didnt like the feeling, it made his stomach turn at the thought of being alone and feeling like this for the rest of the term, maybe the rest of his life.

His mind spun trying to come up with a way to make the feeling loneliness go away. Isolating himself, praying he will get used to the feeling over time has just made everything worse. So as Draco sat in the common room trying so hard to rid the feelings he realised that he could do this by.... apologising. Something that (being a Malfoy) he hast had to do as offen as others.

He shall start with his friends that he had once thought of as loyal and truthful towards the obnoxious and once dreadful 'friend'. With that thought he waited in the common room for anyone to walk through the door and break the silence yet loud thoughts swirling through his head, and just as he was about to give up and drag himself up towards his room, the door slid open and through walked in a slim black haired girl known as Pansy.

Malfoy stood up to meet the slowly strutting girl as she stopped with a look of confusion mixed with disgust spread on her face. "Malfoy? What are you doing?" She asked with the confusion spreading across her face. "I um I'v been thinking... and I wanted to apologise for being such a prick to you when I was.... you no, becoming something I now no I'm not."

Malfoy smiled awkwardly hoping for a reply from the slender girl. Silence. Before Pansys facial expression changed and she extended her arms inviting Draco in for a hug. Malfoy went against all his instincts and hugged the darker haired girl back before hearing a mumble from under his neck, "it's good to have you back Draco!" She sed with the smile still spread wide along her face.

Both of the slytherins sat back down on the couch before Draco began to speak, "do you think the other two will forgive me to?" He asked with a look of consern on his face. The teen girl looked back at him with a awkward smile before replying "I dont no Malfoy, they were your closest friends and you pushed them away......you will have to make the apology good!" Pansy smiled back and shoved Draco in the shoulder and gave him a funny look before adding "not everyone is a wonderful and understanding as me!" She continued.

Malfoy smiled back with a nod of agreement, "I'll start on that tomorrow but for now I'm going to my room for a bit....wanna catch up later?" Draco smiled once again  awaiting the answer. "Just say when!" Pansy replyed standing up and leaving towards her room, once again leaving Malfoy to his thoughts....
