Don't think I used the word prelude correctly but this word sounded really elegant and stuff so I'm using it bada boom bada bing! Anyways this book is titled so aggressively after the song "Some Things Never Seem to Fucking Work" by Solange and I love that song! And as I was listening to the lyrics I was like OOP!
This would make a grrreat book. I'm trying to make more mature books and writing but I'm gonna stick with the high school theme. I'm just trying to make my writing more emotionally appealing even though I do think I have my own style of writing. I'm just gonna try out some new stuff.
And I'm focusing on just doing what I wanna do so I'm gonna update this... when I want to.
++ the main character is a black girl, but i didn't feel like finding face claims. the male character of the book is portrayed by yung leonardo dicaprio though, i'm thinking like marvin's room era leo.
