chan and seonghwa stepped out of the building. seonghwa pulled out a pack of cigarettes and lit one, offering one to chan. "uh.. sure, thanks." chan said, taking one and lighting it. to his surprise he didnt choke on the smoke, though hed never smoked before. "so. you guys new out here?" seonghwa asked, looking at chan. chan nodded. "hit the streets today. needed to get away from what our environment was." he told him.

"ah. what are you guys to each other?" seonghwa asked, taking a hit of the cigarette. "we're dating each other. its a large poly relationship." chan answered. seonghwa smiled softly. "thats nice. we're all poly in this group, but ya know. the more the merrier." he said. chan nodded. "hongjoong mentioned that. why do you want more, though?" he asked. "i dont know. i guess i just like the thought of having a lot of boyfriends. i have a lot of love to give, ya know?" seonghwa answered.

chan did understand, but being able to understand how he felt gave him a bit to think about. not that he didnt think enough already. "so uh, how do you like it here so far? im sorry about wooyoung and jongho, they can be a bit.. fast." seonghwa asked. chan shrugged. "its fine. it was kind of cute. but its nice here. your group is great." he said. seonghwa smiled. "im glad you think so. you guys seem great yourselves. youre welcome to stay as long as you'd like."

they stayed outside talking until they finished smoking. "so. a little run through on how we do things. normally we dont do much, but hongjoong tends to go  on random runs without telling the rest of us, and it seems one of your babies has gotten pretty close to him, so if both he and hongjoong are gone, thats why." seonghwa explained.

"what about gang related things?" chan asked, curious. "sometimes. we have problems with a gang on the other side of town, but its never gotten that bad. we steal sometimes. never killed anyone. yunho finds ways to get marijuana, but no hard drugs." seonghwa told him. chan nodded. processing a moment.

seonghwa sighed. "we'll try getting you guys some mattresses soon. people around here are always throwing them out. i'll ask hongjoong to look for some in the morning." he said. "thanks, thatd be great. the littles will probably keep partnering with someone, since they love cuddling, so youll just have to worry about the others of us who dont want to partner up. i personally dont mind it." chan said.

chan started getting tired, but since he told seonghwa hed stay up with him, he forced himself to stay awake. "you can go sleep if you want to, chan. you dont have to stay up all night with me." seonghwa said, noticing that chan was struggling to keep his eyes open. chan hummed a bit. "no, we both sleep or we both stay up. no arguments." he mumbled tiredly.

seonghwa chuckled, shaking his head. "stubborn i see. i like that. come on then, we'll sleep." he said, getting chan inside. chan hummed in response. seonghwa got them laid down, and chan almost immediately started cuddling him. seonghwa didnt mind too much, just let him, yawning.

the next morning, chan woke up to most everyone being up. hongjoong and jeongin were sat on their bed, jeongin braiding hongjoongs mullet while hongjoong was telling him about how he does runs. minho and hyunjin were still sleeping, wooyoung had just woken up. everyone else was outside doing their own things. chan stretched and went outside, yawning.

yunho and san were playing tag with han and felix, letting themselves be tagged by them. seungmin was doing patty-cake with jongho, and for once jongho wasnt flirting. mingi and yeosang were talking with woojin and changbin, laughing and enjoying whatever they were talking about.

chan walked over to seungmin and jongho, figuring he'd tell the littles good morning first. he knelt down beside seungmin and kissed his head, getting his attention. "morning minnie~." he said sweetly. seungmin smiled. "mornmorn! me and jongho do patty cake!" he exclaimed happily. chan chuckled and ruffled his hair. jongho smiled a bit. "do i get a kiss mr. chan?" he asked, winking.

chan rolled his eyes but blushed. "no, you dont. sorry. my babies come first." he said, going to han and felix, who were taking a break from running. "morning lixxie, morning hannie~." he said, kissing their heads as well. felix giggled and han immediately squeezed chan in a hug. "daddy i run super duper fast! see?" felix said, running around chan.

chan couldnt help but chuckle. "i see that! super fast!" he said. "im faster!" han pouted, running after felix and starting a new game of tag. chan shook his head and went to woojin and changbin, kissing their cheeks. "morning babe." changbin said with a smile. "morning babes. sleep well?" chan asked. woojin nodded. "i slept alright. my shoulder hurts a little but its fine." he answered. "i woke up to being cuddled, so yeah that happened." changbin said.

"sorry bout that. we're all huge cuddlers." mingi said, scratching the back of his neck. "its fine. i was just confused when i woke up." changbin assured. woojin chuckled. "i woke up to jeongin staring at hongjoong. i asked him what he was doing and he just kinda looked at me and said 'daddy, hes so pwetty', so i think innie has a lil crush on someone." he said to chan.

chan shrugged. he thought he shouldve been bothered by hearing that, but he wasnt. not even a little bit. "thats okay. hongjoong is attractive. i woke up to him braiding hongjoongs ha- mullet." he said, fixing his own hair. wooyoung walked over, stretching. "good morning beautiful boys." he said, winking at chan. chan shook his head. "morning wooyoung." he said.

"clearly you all got your beauty sleep, though you dont even need it." wooyoung said as he looked at everyone. changbin choked on his own laughter, and woojin just sighed. "wooyoung, dude, enough with the terrible pickup lines." yeosang said. wooyoung rolled his eyes. "buzz kill." he grumbled.

they all talked for awhile before hongjoong and jeongin walked out, jeongins face being pink and hongjoongs mullet tied in a very well-done braid. "yo, we're going on a run."
