To live is not to wait for death, that is what surviving is or as I call it "Not dying until you eventually do ", but living is simply not dying until you do with style. Living is partly leaving the world better than you found it and partly making your own life worth surviving through. All of us must survive so why not live and make the best of this short existence for ourselves, our pears, our children  and their children to come. Life is not just some depressing hunk of garbage presented to you that just keeps screwing you over again and again (although if you let it it'll do a very good job of being that) but instead it is a blank canvas to paint with memories and experiences and it is yours to paint. Some people may hand you a brush or suggest a color  but in the end you paint your picture. Sure, sometimes even other people may bump into you and put an wanted streak on your painting but it is your responsibility to not let that streak ruin your painting but to instead use that streak to make something beautiful. Sadly though in this day and time everyone is a critic and other people may not like your painting and may insult it or purposefully  bump into you but the best thing to do is to ignore and avoid them.  Everyone has there own tastes and preferences so obviously you will not like everyone else's work and vice versa but that doesn't mean that there a bad person or that your a bad person or that either of your paintings are bad or wrong all it means is that your different and as long as your painting makes you happy than if it makes anyone else happy that's just a bonus. Your happiness should be your first concern and truly you are responsible for your own happiness not anyone else's and no one else is responsible for yours. You should paint for the purpose of making yourself happy and not for the purpose of making anyone else happy and especially not for the purpose of making anyone else unhappy. Sure, it is true that your painting will make some people happy and it is just as true your painting will make some people unhappy but if your painting for them than what is the point of them painting their own picture. You should only paint your picture and alter someone else's,  Paint some else's, destroy there painting or try to convince them to stop painting. If you paint your painting and your painting alone than life is much more likely to be worth the effort that it takes to not dye.
