Flashback

I opened my eyes, my vision blurry to the fullest. I had a strong headache and when I tried to force myself to speak , nothing at all came out. I wanted to look around to recognize where I was but my whole body felt numb, as if I was paralyzed...

Jungkook's POV

I'm definitely going mad. There's nothing else to explain it! There's been chaos for the past three days and I'm dreading it so bad. Why now, when there has been many useless moments in my life? Why now, when I've been planning to confess to the love of my life? I'd give up anything in the world for her.

I ignored my thoughts and placed my attention to Jennie, who had just fallen onto the rock hard ground after passing out. I lifted up Jennie's head off the ground that was covered in her blood and helped the men put her into the ambulance. I stepped back watching them drive off and thoughts rushed into my mind.

What if she disagrees? I mean, she might care for her best friend but I still love her.

I got walked off the road as the police directed the cars to continue on after the accident. I turned round, wanting to go back home, then remembering that it was my turn soon.

As I got to my house and opened the front door, I saw my mother sitting on the floor crying. My dad was beside her, lifeless with a pool of blood surrounding him.

~~~~~
Since the first day this all began, my parents went out the house before Jennie left.
Apparently they missed their flight and when they came back, my father came in coughing blood and fell to the floor. My mother was really devastated about it.
~~~~~

She got up off the floor, holding a gun in each hand. She raised them both. One to her head and one facing me.

"None of us will make it out alive" she said sobbing. Tears filled my eyes as I seen my mothers hands trembling uncontrollabley, but before I could do anything to stop her...she shot both herself and I.

Jennie's POV

I woke up feeling so weak and the pain in my head was unbearable. I tried to get up but I wasn't strong enough to. My hearing was blurred and so was my vision.

I felt for the soft blanket which covered me and dragged it off. I stood up off the bed trying to balance my weight but I immediately fell to floor on my knees. I started to get lightheaded and wherever I looked, it was spinning. My heart beated unevenly and my breathing was out of control.

After a few minutes of trying to control my unsteady breathing, I finally gained my vision back.

I was in a V.I.P. hospital room and it was dark and difficult to see anything. A window caught my eye as I tried to make my way towards it. I separated the curtains revealing a window, but with the background being completely black. It was borded.

I turned my attention back to the room and searched for a door, but there was none. It seemed like whoever was behind this didn't want me to escape.

Walking around the empty and dull room really helped, because as I walked around, I heard a very squeaky noise on the floor. It felt as if there was emptiness under it. I stood over the place and jumped hard.

The next thing I knew, I fell right through the floor but managed to grip hold of the wooden planks before plumetting into the pitch black hole beneath me. I felt my fingers slowly slipping off, one by one.
