Rosie's POV

"No! You can't do this to me!" I screamed at his face crying.

"I'm sorry roe, please you have to understand" he said desperately, while trying to reach out to me.

"No! You idiot! Why!" I screeched as I slapped his hand away.

"Why did you have to hide our relationship and then pretend to go around and date that bitch!" I screamed and pointed my finger at him accusingly.

"Please Roe I was just trying to protect you!" He said as he tried to approach me but I was still livid with anger.

"Protect me from what! We both know you were just trying to protect your fucking reputation" I screamed at him while looking him in the eye and pushing his shoulder.

"You know that, that's not true roe" he said as he gets me to try and calm down.

"Not true? Hah! We both know it's true, you can't have the whole school knowing that your dating the school's outcast 'cause it's gonna taint your Mr. Popular Image" I said to him accusingly.

"Roe please listen to me!" He said grabbing my shoulders and looked into my eyes begging me to listen to him.

"No Kris! I'm done with this" I said to him and pushed his hands off my shoulders.

"If you can't have the whole school know your dating me, the school's outcast, then we're over. That way your not dating me anymore." I said and turned my back to him and started walking away and out of his house.

"No! Rosie please! I need you!" He screamed as tears roll down his face.

But I just ignored him and closed the door. Then I continued to walk away and then thought to myself 'This we'll be the last time that I would let somebody fool me into believing they liked me'.

What I didn't know that time was that it would really come true.

_The Next Day_

Kris's POV

I couldn't get even a wink of sleep last night as I thought about how I could get Rosie to listen and believe me.

It wasn't my fault, I swear, I really was trying to protect her. That bitch she was talking about last night was Lana. That little shit approached me and threatened to humiliate roe if I don't pretend to date her at school.

And also told me to not let the whole school know that me and Rosie were dating because she will tell her father to expel Rosie, because her father's rich and has influence over the school.

I may not care what happens to me but I do care about what happens to roe, that's why I had no choice but to do what I had to do.

I just hope Rosie will believe me. I will just have to find her after school and talk to her.

But as I entered the school, I see everybody muttering with grave expressions on their faces and some with nonchalance as they talk about something with their separate group of friends.

'Something must have happened' I thought and continued walking down the hall and looked for my friends.

When I found them beside my locker I approached them and asked "What's going on?".

Andrew was the first one to answer me and what he said made me freeze.

"Oh Kris, there you are. We we're just talking about what happened to Rosie Smiths she got into an accident last night and the school got a call this morning apparently her wounds were severe an-"

"Hey Kris, are you okay?" Someone asked but my mind couldn't process whose voice it was for the only thing running through my mind was,

Rosie Smiths got into an accident last night...

Shit Roe!
