Asking For His Forgiveness

CHAPTER 1

Hunter's pov:

I looked around the room to make sure no ONE was here before I slowly started to walk towards the door. I almost made it to the door when a voice made me stop.

"Where do you think you're going mister?"

I turned around to see my not so happy Daddy standing there folding his arm over his chest.

I gave him a sheepish grin before thinking of an excuse to escape.

"Mmm... well, I was thirsty so I came downstairs to get water. Yeah right, that's it." I said mentally face palming myself.

My Dad raised his eyebrows looking at me.

"The kitchen is that way and you're going on a opposite direction." He stated calmly.

"Well, I want to get some fresh air before going to sleep.." I started but he cut me off.

"Hunter, you know you can't lie to me. Now, tell me the truth why you're sneaking in the middle of the night?" he asked.

I sighed and looked at the ground. There is no point in lying to him. He will easily find out whether I'm telling the truth or not.

"There was a party hosting by one of my friends from school. They invited me. I already said 'No' but they insisted me to come." I said trying to act as innocent as possible.

He sighed again and I know I'm going to get a long lecture.

"Hunter, I know you want to enjoy your life when you're still in high school but you're not a kid anymore. You're going to be an adult in few weeks and after you turned 18 you're going to find your mate and lead this pack. You can't keep on fooling around." He said.

"It's just a party.." I said.

"And I know what will happen after you go to the party, and don't give me that look because I know everything. In two weeks you're going to turn eighteen and find your mate Hunter. What they will thinks of you when they know about you? Do you think your father will pass the Alpha title to you knowing you have no responsibilities?" he asked and I dropped my gaze to the ground again.

"I'm not saying you are a bad person Hunter. I'm just saying you to stop fooling around with others. Now go to your room before your father wakes up." He said and I silently nodded before walking towards the stairs.

I reached my room and fell on the bed with a sigh.

After few minutes my phone start to ring and I picked up my call without looking at the caller id.

"Hey babe" Erika said from the other line.

"I am already waiting for you. When do you think you will reach here?" she questioned me.

"Sorry baby, I can't make it." I said.

"What do you mean you can't make it? You said you'd come" she whined.

"I did babe but I can't make it. My dad caught me when I'm trying to sneak out.' I said.

"Oh, are you in trouble?" she asked.

I shook my head and remembered she can't see me. "No, but I'm not allowed to leave the house." I said.

"That's bad. But okay, I can see you tomorrow in school." she said and I hummed in response.

I hung up the call and tossed it aside.

Erika is one of my friends from school. We're not together but she is one of my Ex- girl friends. You can say I'm a player but hey, we live only once so, why don't enjoy our self?

But what my Dad said was also true. I'm going to turn 18 in two weeks with my other two siblings. After I turn eighteen I am going to find my mate and once I do I'm going to lead the pack. My pack is the strongest pack in the UK and my father is the strongest Alpha in the world. I'm the eldest among three of us, my brother Noah and my sister Layla. So, I'm the one going to take over my father's position most likely.

I want to be an Alpha since I was a child. I always dreamt of becoming an Alpha just like my father. The way he carried his strength and his powerful aura and the way he controlled others with his commend I always wanted it. I want to become just like him. I guess I have to stop messing around if I want to become an Alpha.

I sighed and decided to go to sleep since I have a school tomorrow and within a minute sleep engulfed me.
