There's A Girl In Osaka ~Part Four~

This is episode 12 of the Jdrama. Sorry for the short chapter, didn't feel like making a long one today.

Y/n sat on the sofa in the principal office, playing guitar. Few teachers standing in a row, all standing straight to look good. Y/n's mother looking out the window, thinking. Sawatari standing aside Yoshioka (the classroom teacher).

'In the school festival, what should the award be for the class with the most business?' Principal finally spoke, turning around so she can face everyone. 'How about LCD TV?'

'You can't share a TV and that was the award for the hottie contest.' Y/n said then went back to focusing on her guitar.

'You're right. Free meals for a year?'

'That was the award for mid-term celebration live.' Yoshioka said.

'Exempt from doing any cleaning for a ye-'

'That was the reward for catching the panty thief!'

'Panty thief?' Y/n cringed, questioning what the fuck that is and if she should even question.

'Radio exercises!'

'They don't do morning radio exercises anymore.' Another teacher yelled.

'Sports good!'

'Sports fair.' Sawatari quickly said.

'Silk bedding.'

'Moon Festival.' A teacher said.

'How about... a trip around the world?!' Principal excitedly said.

'Too expensive.' Y/n said.

'Then going to Atami should be okay, right?'

'That was the reward for the last event!' A girly voice came.

'Aaah.' The principal sighed out but then looked at who spoke. 'Ah, Akiha.'

Y/n turned to see her aunt come skipping in the office, her usual camera around her neck.

'Welcome back, big sis!'

'Big sis?!' The teachers freaked out.

'How did they not know?' Y/n mumbled.

'Sit normal!' Akiha pushed her niece's legs off the sofa making Y/n curse as she almost fell off the sofa.

'Their sisters?' Yoshioka asked, still shocked of the new thing he learned.

'That's why we have to put up with her.' Sawatari grinned.

'I'm going to hit you, old man!' Akiha quickly yelled.

Guess Y/n knows where she got her quick temper from. Sawatari quickly bowed then the teachers hurried out the room.

'What a sharp tongue. Just like before.' Y/n's mother smiled at her sister.

'But, I did take a lot of great pictures.'

Akiha handed her sister a pile of pictures. One slipped out so Akiha quickly took it.

'Ooh, Nanba and Y/n.'

Y/n was fast to jump over the sofa and snatch it then look. It was a picture of Nanba and Y/n sleeping on a bench outside.

'Don't take pictures of me when I'm sleeping!' Y/n quickly yelled, a bit embarrassed.

Her aunt and mother just smiled at her so she huffed then went back to the sofa. It is a great picture... She might keep it.

'Shouldn't you be in class?' Akiha asked her niece. Y/n looked so offended her aunt was trying to ruin her relaxing moment.

'Classes are done, this was the last class.' Y/n annoyed said while getting up.

She exit the office and walked to Nanba's dorm since she's bored. Nanba's dorm is not far from hers nor is her dorm far from her mother's office so it were just few steps and she was there. She knocked then opened the door, not caring if Nanba said not to come in. He sat on his bed, staring at the wall so Y/n awkwardly waved her hand infront of him. Finally he snapped out his daydreaming and looked then he sighed.

'What's with that sigh? Not happy to see me?' She flopped on the bed and layed down, her head on his pillow while her legs on his lap.

He just rubbed her legs. He seemed unsure but then he said what was on his mind.

'Mizuki... She was found out.'

'What?!' Y/n quickly sat up, almost knocking their heads together by how fast she did it. She did her fist up with gritted teeth. 'How? I swear if you told them-'

'I didn't!' He quickly said then sighed. 'She fell off a ladder, she is fine now, but she passed out. So the boys wanted to help her... so they unbuttoned her shirt only to see the vest.'

Y/n groaned and flopped backwards, doing her hands on her face in annoyance.

'And? They already shitting on her?'

'Sadly, yes. They all feel betrayed.'

They both sigh. Y/n finally did her hands off her face then sat back up.

'So? What you gonna do about it?'

'... I don't think I can do anything.' He said, feeling a bit sad now.

Y/n lazy did her head against his shoulder. Poor Mizuki. She will get so much hate. Y/n rubbed Nanba's back to signal this isn't his fault. Y/n knew Nanba blames himself sometimes when something bad happens since it's his job to make everyone happy as the Dorm Head. But he didn't seem to cheer up so Y/n sighed. Then she got off him and got off the bed before saying,

'Come on!' He looked in confusion at her sudden loud voice. 'Let's do something fun!'

'Fun? Since when do you know fun?' He stared so Y/n gave him unimpressed eyes as he chuckled a little. 'Like what?'

'Euhm... I didn't think that far.' Y/n whispered so he facepalmed but also smiled at her. 'Have  consoles like a DS or PlayStation?'

'No, it's not allowed here.' Nanba said.

'Erm, then... boardgames?' She slowly asked, trying to find something that could cheer him up.

'You don't need to cheer me up, I'm happy just been around you.'

He took her waist and hugged her, his side of his head against her stomach.

'Well... I'm still bored.' Y/n mumbled while playing with his hair.

He just chuckled at her before he did his chin on her stomach so he can look up at her face. She gave him a raised eyebrow. He shook his head to signal it's nothing. Y/n cursed when he suddenly turned and flopped down to lay down. She gave him unimpressed eyes as he had pulled her down also but he was too busy laughing. He held her waist still as she was getting comfortable aside him.

So the two spoke for few minutes but then Y/n began dozing off so she only heard half his sentences. At the end she gave up on trying to listen and just layed her head on his chest before falling asleep. Nanba finished speaking so he looked down in confusion when not hearing a sarcastic answer. He stared at her sleeping face before he smiled. He leaned down and gave her forehead a kiss before he layed his head down and also went to sleep.

Tomorrow will be a crazy day.
