A loud bang was heard downstairs as Amanda's drunken father came home, he was always so drunk and hungover and mother wasn't home. She hid. She held her breath. She stayed still. Yet, he always found her. Dragged by the hair into the living room and pinned down on the floor....He broke her. Brusied her. Gagged her. Choked her. She lived with all this pain, who saved her? She didn't move. Didn't breathe. And then blackness as something hit her in the back of the head. Gunshots were heard yet she saw nothing as the noise faded away.
