A Sweet Smell

"Is he alright?! Gods tell me he's okay—" a girl's voice was heard.
Her voice was very familiar but Takumi was still trying to regain consciousness from fainting.
"He'll be fine, just let him rest—" a serene male voice said.
"Hey I think he's waking up!" a cheerful and young voice said excitedly.
Takumi opened his eyes and noticed he wasn't on the field anymore. Then he felt someone hug him and he instantly flinched.
"Oh gods! Takumi you're okay!" Kamui hugged him. The hoshidian was confused by his sister's sudden hug. He also felt the older nohrian prince and younger princess staring at him.
That's when he realized and spat "What the hell?! Why am I here?!"
"Woah woah calm down Hoshidian Prince, you're only here alive because Kamui told us not to kill you.." Xander explained.
Kamui modded, "It's true Takumi I know we're not in the "best in terms" but you fainted on the field and I just didn't want to leave you like that.."
"But..my family didn't they notice?!" Takumi exclaimed
Kamui looked at Xander and sighed, "It seems like they didn't notice.."
The hoshidian widened his eyes, "That can't be...I..no you're lying!" he shook his head.
Elise finally broke the tension, "Actually! Leo was the one that brought you here! Prince Takumi was actually whimpering and blushing in his arms!"
Takumi's jaw dropped and suddenly felt a blush creep up to him.
Kamui and Xander both looked at Takumi, "Is that true?.."
The sniper blushed even more and angrily shouted, "I-I don't know what happened, but I suddenly just felt dizzy and felt really weird!"
Xander then crossed his arms, "Kamui doesn't he smell a little...uhm you know..?"
Kamui then realized and looked at Takumi, "U-umm Takumi were you always a beta like you told me before or are you actually an omega?"
He raised an eyebrow, "I've always been a beta—" another wave of pleasure came to the sniper and he groaned in pain.
"I'm going to have to speak to a doctor to check him...until then please call Leo and let him explain what happened.." and with that Xander left leaving the sniper with younger princess and Kamui.
"Elise go get Leo, and bring him here as soon as possible.." Kamui ordered.
Elise smiled, "You got it!" and ran off leaving the two alone.
"I don't get it..how could they just abandon me like that.."
"Don't say that..they're probably looking for you but until then please stay here you're in no condition to fight right now!"
Takumi frowned, "But aren't I in Nohr? Eventually Norhian soldiers will find me and—"
"Not here!" she exclaimed.
"What do you mean "not here!"He asked.
"Actually Takumi it's a bit hard to explain but we're in a different plane where Hoshido and Nohr don't exist" she scratched her head.
"Huh? What?" Takumi said confused.
Kamui then explained to Takumi about Lilith in her dragon form and that she basically transports them into an Astral Plane granted by the dragons. It's basically used as a main base when not in war. Takumi then understood and was interrupted by Elise's loud voice saying "He's here!"
        The air felt tense and suddenly Takumi felt himself getting strange. He felt heart start to pound his chest.
    The young prince entered the room and suddenly a sweet smelled hit his nose and he gulped. The nohrian tried to stay calm, cool and collected.
     "I'm here Kamui, what do you need me for?.."
