Rain. My favorite type of weather. The droplets on my window always were calming to look at. The lightning flashes seem to compliment the thunder. Days like these everybody stays inside. Unless you want to get soaked down to the bone, then you go outside. Nobody ever does though.

I could see the sign out by the entrance. 'Welcome to North Face Mental Asylum for The Young Insane'. Nice sign, right? It hasn't changed since I got here five years ago. The only thing that changes is when we have bingo. None of us even like bingo, and who going to come up here to play bingo anyway. Maybe a lonely grandma or something.

Knock. Knock. It was my door. One of the nurses came in. "Did you take your medication?" I pointed to an empty cup and a smaller cup next to it. The nurse grabbed the cups. "Then, please come out and socialize with the others. You don't even need to socialize just come out of this room of yours." The nurse's voice had a soft tone, then she walked out of my room.

"I guess it wouldn't hurt to go out there, the worst that can happen is well anything. I fucking live in a Mental Hospital." I got up and put my chair back. Grabbing my sweater I opened my door looking down the hall. Nobody was in the hall. Normal. They were either in their rooms or in the rec room.

One of the nurses started yelling "Who gave David a lite candle?!" Then I heard Gi and Heather laughing. I bolted down the hall, stopping right before the rec room. David was dancing on top of one of the tables, sticking his tongue out as three nurses tried getting the candle from him. Gi had her arms crossed while leaning on the wall, smirking. Heather was sitting cross-legged on the couch.

I went up to Gi. "What did I miss." She glanced over to David. "I went into the storage room and grabbed a candle plus a lighter. Heather distracted the nurses so I could do it. Then I gave the lite candle to David. And this is the end product." Then she whispered in my ear. "I still have the lighter. And I have a plan with it. In a few days to the exact."

"How did you get in? It's locked at all times." She blew on her fingers. "I have my ways." She then pushed me out the way, heading down the hall to her room. Most likely to hide the lighter. I started to question what plan she had that need a lighter. Whatever it is, it can't be good.

Today was bingo. Yay. Everybody sat at the big table with their bingo boards. Mikey was stamping his face with his stamper. He does it every time. Still, don't know why they let him have one. Greg, one of the male nurses, was helping Sledge with his stamping due to him being in a straight jacket. Even though the doctor says he should really be out of it more. He stubborn and he probably doesn't seem to trust his own self.

"I have been granted a win in this game," Carol mumbled. I normally play with Carol due to her never calling out Bingo and she stamps other numbers sometimes. I think she has dyslexia. Other than that Carol is a great player.

Gi keeps giving me and everybody else looks. David would just smirk before going back to poking his meatloaf. Still, don't get why he even has meatloaf right now. Though he only wants meatloaf when he up to something.

Four bingos in that's when everything turned sideways. Now I'm not saying we all knew the plan. We just all know each other rather well. So when Gi tossed me the lighter and two candles I knew just what to do. I lite both and place both on each side of David's meatloaf. He started to chant in demon speak.

Now, this is where everything got out of hand. The nurses hurried to try to stop David but Sledge kneed Greg. He collapsed straight to the ground. Heather pounced on the other two nurses. Mikey hurried to undo some of Sledge's straightjacket. Gi just laughed maniacally. The worst part this happens all right at the same time.

David finished his chant and then stabbed the meatloaf straight through breaking the plate underneath. His eyes were glowing. The loaf started to float with a dark aura around it. Morphing in a form, not human nor animal. Spikes down it's back. Face a horror of emotion. It was also hairless and white skin.

The creature dropped down to the table below. Sledge used the straps of his straight jacket, stretching out towards the two nurses that Heather had tackled. He pulled them toward the creature. The creature drooled as they were dragged closer to it.

Then out the corner of my eye, I saw Greg crawling out the room. "No, you don't." I raised my arm towards Greg. Chains appeared with a red aura around my arm. They shot towards him, wrapping around him, chaining him to the ceiling. "Now watch." Anger burned inside me. A smirk formed on my lips. Mikey jumped on my back, watching over my shoulder with such delight at the horror of the scene.

The nurses' screams rang through the building as they were sacrificed to the creature. Nothing remained of them when the creature finished. David said something in Demon speaks before the creature turned back into the meatloaf. I then used the candle fire to burn the meatloaf. The only evidence of this ever happening was the broken plate, Greg hanging from the ceiling, and all of us standing in the room with smiles and starred eyes.

A normal day for us. I guess I should have mentioned that should I? All I got to say 'Welcome to Milton's Mountain'. You aren't leaving anytime soon.
