Personality: Angie is a very intelligent, manipulative woman with the ability to have anyone do anything she wants with a snap of her fingers. She is sadistic, enjoying killing and hurting others as well as hurting herself. She admits to being always depressed, but loving putting on a fake smile. She said the only time she really feels happy, is either when she is burning cigarettes into others or herself. She has no care for anyone but herself.
Backstory: Angie had been an only child, living with her mother on the edge of Gotham city. She had never known her father, but from the stories her mother told her, she didn't want to know. She was poor, with barely enough food to feed both her and her mother. At a very young age, she was receiving abuse from her mother due to "looking too much like her father." This sparked the psychotic tendencies within her. She started off hurting small animals such as lizards, to bunnies, to dogs. When she was 11, the neighbor's dog had been missing and never seen from again. Everyone assumed it was Angie. Her mother, seeing this behavior, sent her away since she no longer wanted to deal with her but not leave her on the street for fear of being caught. She sent her to Gotham Asylum. She stayed there until the age of 17 before being released back into society. But she came out far worse than she had come in. She had acquired a severe need to hurt people since the satisfaction of hurting herself had faded over time. So, she started to find people to hurt. It started off as beatings as first before she first killed behind a building in an alleyway. She got a taste for it and wanted more. She went off into many killing spree's before being captured by the GCPD and transferred to Arkham. Luckily for her, that was around the same time Theo Galavan broke out his Arkham inmates. She joined the Maniax and wreaked havoc on Gotham city up until the big show at the charity ball. She refused to be part of it, instead running away and making a name for herself. She was captured many times again but soon became a known villain around Gotham, becoming almost just as feared as Jerome Valeska.
