in which a boy is desperate for a prom date so tries to act sensitive for a choir girl.
- all of ethan's friends & his brother have dates for prom and he keeps failing when asking girls out, due to his reputation. - he decided to act more sensitive, thinking it will attract more girls, and joins the choir. - when he hears a beautiful girl singing like an angel, he decides to try and get into her pants so he can go to prom with her. - when she asks him why he's in choir (he's a bad boy, part of the lacrosse and football team) he replies in the quote shown above. - then, she apologies and asks him out to the prom. - he says yes but is upset when she finds out it was just to get into her pants. - ethan realises that he actually loves her and tries to win her back.
