Chapter eleven

Lavender snuggled closer to the figure beside her, moaning in content with the warmth radiating from it. She slowly began to open her eyes, finally ready to get on with her day, but realizes an arm pulling her closer when she was about to pull away. She looked up to see Orion.

She then remembered he stayed over last night to make sure Shawn didn't sneak in and try anything, Orion's words not hers. She looked up at him to see him already looking at her. Lavender cheeks flushed a light rosy color before she quickly ducked her face on his chest, seemingly in hiding.

Orion growled lowly before gently lifting her face up to look at him while lightly caressing her soft cheek. "Don't hide your face from me. Ever." He said, before lowering his head to meet her lips in a long passionate kiss.

Lavender got even redder after that but Orion just winked at her before getting up. He stood beside the bed and offered her his hand. Lavender gladly accepted it and got out of bed making sure her night dress doesn't ride up.

Orion groaned while bending down to give her lips a small peck. "I don't think I'll ever get tired of kissing you beautiful." Lavender smiled softly at him while hesitantly placing her palm on his slightly stubble jaw.

Someone cleared their throat trying  to get their attention which worked because both Lavender and Orion turned towards the door.

When Orion saw Shawn standing by the door he narrowed his eyes at him, glaring, before immediately blocking Lavender from his view. She was only his to see in a state like this, other than him any other male who sees her this way is practically asking for a nose bleed.

"What are you doing here?" Orion asked lowly, anger evident in his voice.

"I came to talk to Lavende-" Shawn tired to say but got immediately cut off by Orion saying, "Out. Now."

"But-"

"Now."

Shawn clenched his jaw to keep him from doing or saying something I'd regret, he definitely didn't want a repeat of the episode that happened yesterday. He could still feel the throb on his jaw. So he reluctantly nodded his head before slamming the door shut. Clearly pissed off.

The whole time Lavender tried to peak around Orion trying to see what was going on but once she heard Orion's deep voice and tense figure she knew it was better to stay put.

Once Shawn was out of the room Orion turned towards Lavender who stood there awkwardly with her hands behind her back whilst biting her lower lip. Orion sighed, "you can get ready baby. I'll wait for you here." Lavender nodded and moved to go to the bathroom before stepping back which led to Orion lifting a brow. She shyly went on her tiptoes and kissed his jaw before running to the bathroom.

Orion shook his head, a small smile making its way to his face. She wound surely be the death of him.

Once Lavender got ready, she stepped out of the bathroom and received a nod of approval from Orion. He was glad that she wasn't wearing any of her cute summery dress she usually wore but jeans and a oversized sweatshirt. He didn't know what he'd do if Shawn looks at her sexy little legs that gets shown off whenever she wore her dresses. Orion then asked Lavender to wait for him before going into the bathroom to get ready there himself.

Once Orion got out he looked even hotter then he already was which led to Lavender blushing at the thoughts running through her head. Orion walked towards her and held her hand as he got out the room with her following behind him.
