5 years later.

“Congratulations!” , “Cheers!” Shouted by the five girls crowding inside a private room. “Yah, you did well Sooyoung-ah.” Irene praised Joy tapping the latter’s shoulder. Joy just nodded sipping on her own cocktail. “Gomawo, eonnie.” She mumbled shyly. Everyone gave her a thumbs up that made her giggle.

Joy had just finished shooting her latest drama, and since the production doesn’t really treats her well, the four girls decided to throw a congratulatory party to cheer their sister up. “I really wanna go there and make a scene, how dare them to treat you like that, eonnie?” Yerim exclaimed. Seulgi flicked her forehead. “We want this night to be fun so let’s not talk about it, okay?” She told the youngest making her pout. “Seul’s right, we shouldn’t remind Sooyoung about it.” Wendy butted in. Joy could only laugh at the side. “You girls are really something.” She mumbled shaking her head.

“BOTTOMS UP!” , “BOTTOMS UP!” , “BOTTOMS UP!”

Cheers of encouragement filled their private room. The girls had gone all out for tonight since they were given a day off the next day. Sooyoung’s tongue felt numb but she drank it all up nonetheless. “WUHOOO!” Everyone roared when Joy finished the whole glass. “That’s our girl right there!” Wendy giggled. “I need to go to the restroom.” Joy excused herself. “Do you want me to accompany you?” Seulgi asked seeing how tipsy and drunk Joy is. “I can manage. You should stay here.” She said with a smile.

“Take care.” Was all Seulgi could say, she don’t want Joy to go alone but she knows that she wouldn’t want to be treated as a kid so she let her be. “I’m just going to the restroom, silly.” Joy giggled pinching the older’s cheeks. Seulgi whimpered in pain but before she could hit her, Joy has already gone out of the room. “That girl, really.” She mumbled massaging her cheeks.

Joy with her blurry vision had found her way to the restroom. She walked unsteadily through the dim lighted hallway. She saw a silhouette of two men, near the comfort room’s door but she didn’t pay attention to it. She reached their spot and both of them whistled seeing how short Joy’s dress. “Look what we’ve got here.” One of them said while eyeing Sooyoung up. The other one smirked walking near her. Joy being a drunk vulnerable lady just giggled. Unaware about the danger that the two men might bring.

“Touch her and I’ll make sure you’ll end up somewhere you wouldn’t love.” The two men were startled by a deep baritone voice from Joy’s back. She wants to turn around to see who owns the voice but she lost her footing. She expected herself to drop on the floor but two strong arms were instantly wrapped around her waist supporting her weight. Joy could just giggled hugging the man tightly. He feels so familiar. “Who are you?” Growled by the man who was about to grab Joy. “I’m her husband.” Sungjae bit back.

The two men just laughed at first. “How would we know you are telling the truth?” The other man smirked. “Sooyoung-ah.” He gently squeezed her and Sooyoung replied instantly with “Nae, oppa?” The two men sighed seeing how familiar the two of them are with each other so they took a step back. “Man, we didn’t know she’s with someone.” The other one said before leaving Joy and Sungjae alone.

“YAH!” Sungjae exclaimed when the two men left. Joy only giggled swaying the both of them. “Oppa~!” Sungjae could only sigh. “You’re going to the restroom right?” Sooyoung nodded like a kid. “I’ll wait for you here.” He said guiding her to go in. “Okay.” Joy said like a kid. “Why did you even drink, Aish.” He waited for her outside but it has been 10 minutes since she got in.
“Sooyoung-ah, what’s taking you so long?” He called her out but Joy didn’t response. “Sooyou-“ , “Sungjae oppa?” Sungjae was startled by Yeri. “Yerim-ah!” He said bowing a bit. “Oppa, what are you doing her outside the girl’s restroom?” She asked looking around. “Have you seen Joy eonnie? She’d left our room 15 minutes ago and she hasn’t come back yet. We got worried so my eonnies sent me to look for her. She’s so drunk.” Yeri explained.

Sungjae scratches his nape. “I came across her, she’s inside, and is taking so long.” Sungjae answered. Something sparkled in Yeri’s eyes and a wicked plan was formed instantly in her head. “Can you check her up inside and I’ll go back to our room and tell my eonnie’s that she’s doing fine?” She said with pleading voice.
Sungjae blushed. “Do you want me to go i-in?” He asked pointing to himself. “Yes oppa. I know I can trust you.” Yeri said teasingly. Sungjae just sighed before nodding. “Great. Go in now.” She said pushing Sungjae inside the girl’s restroom. Sungjae was about to protest but Yeri exclaimed saying someone’s coming, Sungjae panicked so he closed the door immediately.

“Uh-huh, I am the great Yeri. Joy eonnie will surely kiss my ass tomorrow.” She mumbled placing a ‘UNDER REPAIR’ sign in front of the door before walking out while whistling. She reached their room and she have that smug look in her face.

“Where’s Joy?” Seulgi asked peeking on the maknae’s back in hope of seeing the giant girl. “She had gone home already. Our manager picked her up.” Yeri lied smoothly.
Wendy could only just gape at Yeri. “Are you serious? Joy wouldn’t leave us here.” Irene grumbled sensing their maknae is up to something. “Spill.” She said while looking at her. Yeri growled. “Okay, eonnie’s in the restroom and Sungjae oppa’s waiting for her outside.” She confessed thought it’s not the whole thing, she’s sure that the oldies will freak out and she’s not wrong.

Irene and Wendy stood up in unison. “WHAT?” They exclaimed in disbelief. Seulgi made them sit back down. “Yah. We don’t have a dating ban now, can’t we let Joy eonnie happy?” She said playing with her fingers. “But..” Irene was about to say something but Yeri beat her. “Just this day eonnie, if something good will happen then they really are meant for each other but if nothing will happen, there’s no harm done, right?” She explained shutting her eonnies up. “Fine.” Was all could they say.
