I sat there in my bed looking down at my beautiful baby girl lightly touching her face calming her as she slept,as i looked at my baby girl i noticed how she didnt look like a premature newborn, she looked a little older but maybe thzats why she came so early

louis was asleep in the chair next to my bed.

i heard a faint knock which slightly scared me making me just making harley almost wake up.

"oh hello, good youre awake"the doctor person recalled

"uh yes?" i said more like a question

"oh im Dr. lloyd, now kenzi if you dont mind i would like to ask you some questions?" he asked me

"for sure" i told him

"so when exactly did you wake up?" he asked

"i would say maybe around 3ish" i answered

"okay and how are you feeling? dizzy? neausous?"

"im not feeling anyhting really" i responded

"okay well if you could tell me your your name, birthday, where youre from, and the date today" he asked

"Kenzi, Dublin, uh im sorry i dont know the date today" i told him

"thats okay to be confused about the date, today is the first of october" he told me writing some things down on a clip board

"you were out for a week and your baby girl was born on the 25th" he continued

tears brimmed my eyes at the thought that i never had a chance to see my baby when she first came out

"what happened to me?" i whispered

"when you came in your blood pressure was very low and you started to loose blood very quickly, you had to have blood trasplants, but the baby was suffocating no air was getting to her lungs or her brain the umbilical chord was wrapped around her neck, luckily we didnt have to preform a c-section on you so you did give a normal birth" he explained

"but you seem to be healthy now, any questions?" he spoke standing up

i shook my head and he headed to leave the room

"oh wait mrs.tomlinson?"i looked at him uneasy as he called me at louis last name

"uh y-yes?" i hesitated to answer

"do you have a name for her? your baby?" he asked

"oh uh yes, her name is Harley Faith Tomlinson" i told him

"lovely name" he comlimented then left

"well that was interesting wasnt it?" louis spoke scaring me again

"really i thought you were sleeping?" i asked him

"yeah i woke up"

"clearly" i huffed

"im sorry" he leaned down and kissed me

i heard gurgiling from under me and louis and saw Harley starting to wake up

"shhhh" i cooed

she soon fell back asleep and louis took her from my arms and put her in those small plastic crib things

"all the girls are coming to see you today" he informed me

"oh ok im gonna pretend im still dying" i joked

"well then hurry and fake die in 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1" he counted down

and i heard whispers along with the door opening
