For me, the unique look of the Kawaii hair makes this look for me. It almost has a 70's, hippy sort of look to it, but mixed in with pastel highlights on the tips of the side-locks. The groovy glasses are a simple, yet powerful item that can bring a whole outfit together. Love the skirt also, with the star print going nicely with the star Lolita print on the shirt.
