"H-hey?"
"Hi Diego"
"How are you?"
"I'm good,how about you?"
THEIR CONVERSATION LASTED HOURS
"So hey, do you wanna go out sometime?" He asked nervously
"I thought you'd never ask" she says smiling
"R-really?"
"Yeah, why not"
"Well then it's a date" he shouts
"I'll pick you up at 8" he states
"What? It's 6:45 already! I'll get ready"
"My address is ***********" she says
She hangs up and goes to call her best friend Billie
"Hey girl!" Billie says
"Hi"
"Why'd you call me?" Billie asks
"So there's a boy"
"Holy shit no way" Billie shouts
"He wants to meet up" myah says excitedly
"What's his name?"
"Diego, and he has face tats and he has long curly hai-" myah says before getting cut off by Billie
"That sounds familiar"
"What do you mean?" Myah asks
"I think Lil Xan just asked you out" she screams
"Omg I listen to his music all the time" myah exclaims
"When are you going on the date?"Billie asks
"It's not a date, and 8 pm"
"It's a date,now run along and get ready" Billie says hanging up
Myah picks out a tight black dress and grabs a black purse and waits for Diego.
Myah can't help but think if he's just a fuck boy like all the other rappers.
Is he just doing it all for sex? Will he use me? What if he doesn't show up? All her thoughts leave her head as she heard a knock at the door
"Hey" he says as she opens the door
"Come with me" he says gesturing Myah to follow him. She locks the door and follows him over to his car. He opens the door for her and grabs some roses from the front of the car and hands them over to her.
"Thanks they smell lovely" myah exclaims
They both get into the car and Myah asks
"So, um my friend says that your a famous rapper or something"
"Well I wouldn't say famous" Diego laughs
"I would" she grabs her phone and shows him how many listens he has on Spotify
"Haha, well you can always be better than you are right now. Well except for you. Your too perfect" Diego smiles
"I've only met you once, don't jump to conclusions" she laughs
They pulled up at this really tall building and Diego opened her door.
"Follow me" he exclaims
"This involves a lot of following" myah smiles
Diego practically dragged her to the elevator. He pressed the top floor, floor 38.
They were in the elevator for at least 3 minutes before the doors opened. All she saw was a dinner table.
"This is really cool!" Myah looks around
"Yeah, so um you can order whatever"
Myah nods and looks down at the menu then a waitress comes over
"Would you like to order?"
"Uhhh yes please I'll have a smoked salmon gourmet and a coke please" myah says
"How about you sir?"
"Just a beef and noodle soup and a rum and coke thanks" Diego said
"Ok I'll get you that" the waitress said before running off.
"Do you like it here?" Diego asked
"Fuck yes, Diego"myah exclaims
"W-well how about we um learn about each other" Diego suggested
"Oh yeah sure, well I moved out here to get away from family and I don't really have a job" myah said
"Wow,cool well I am here because I want to work on my music career and it's starting to take off which is cool" Diego said
"Here's your food" the waitress said while giving them their food
They eat and then myah says
"I'm tired"
"Well do you want me to take you home?"
"Yes, thanks Diego"
They both get up and Diego leaves $200 to pay for the meal.
20 MINUTES LATER
"We're here" Diego says
"I had fun" myah says
Diego leans in and kissed her softly on the lips. Myah smiles and got out of the car and waves him goodbye. She can't wait to tell Billie this.
