"huh?" i looked at him before what he said came to me.

"OH,MY GOD!!" i started to painck and stood up. " NARUTO!!!" i heard Sasuke's voice.

"calm. down," he breathed haevily and i couldn;t help but feel ashamed. i carried him bridal style and ran to the car. Gently placing on the passenger seat i closed the door. i'm so nervous. i entered and started driving, not too fast but not to slow. I glanced at Sasuke that was breathing heavily.
''Does anything hurt? " I asked and he shook his head.
''I-I'm fine, it just... I'm scared and nervous, " I held his hand as he intertwined or fingers together.
''Its gonna be okay, so, don't worry. I promise, " I took a final turn and we arrived.
I got out fast, almost falling but I quickly regained my balance. I opened his door and carried him.
''Naruto, the door, " "I'll take care of that later, " I said running. Arriving I called the urgent and he was immediately put on those bed and brought to the emergency room.
''Naruto," someone touched my shoulder and I panicked.
''Calm down. Sasuke is fine. He's gonna be alright, " I turned and saw lady Tsunade.
''I-I know Baa-Chan. But I can't help it. '' I said.
''Its fine. For with me, " she said and she started walking to the direction of where Sasuke was taken. We arrived at the place and I saw Sasuke. They hadn't started yet.
''What's going on? " I asked.
''Sasuke's hole isn't big enough for the baby to come out. But we're gonna wait for an hour or two to see if the hole stretches. If it doesn't we will have to do a C-section. '' she said and my eyes widened.
''Is a C-section safe? " I asked.
''Well, it should be safe. For now stay with him." She walked away. I entered the room and walked to him.
''Hey, Sasuke, " I started and he looked at me.
''What's going on? " he asked.
''Everything is gonna be fine. Were just gonna wait two hours to see if your hole stretches, "
He smiled and held up his hand. I immediately took it and wrap out in between my hands.
''Do you think I'll be a good parent? " he started.
''Off course yes, why are you asking? "
"I didn't really have a daily that supported me when I was younger, do I was just wondering if I was going to do better, "
"I'm sure you're going to do great. '' His breathing calmed down as he closed his eyes.
''I'm tired, " he said.
''Rest then, " I placed his hand on his belly before walking out.
I took out my phone and contacted mom.
''Hello,"

"Sasuke and I are in the hospital, "
"His water broke, "
''Sure" I ended the call. I waited and waited for already half an your until mom arrived.
''Where's Sasuke? " she asked.
''He's taking a nap in the room, " I pointed at the room. Haven't they started yet? " mom asked.
''No. They're going to started in an hour or two. '' I said. We sat on the benches that were in the hallways, near Sasuke's room. Not long after two high pitched voice broke me out of my thoughts.
"Hey, Naruto," a female voice said and I looked up.
"Huh? Ino? Sakura what are you doing here?
" we came to see Sasuke how is he doing? " she asked.
"Wha? Who told you?" I asked. "Well," mom starting as she looked away.
"Mom?" I asked
"I'm sorry honey! I couldn't keep it to myself," she said and I sighed.
"It's fine anyways," they sat beside mom. We all waited in silence for another hour, others on their phone then Sakura suddenly stood up.
"Imma go buy some juice at the front desk," everyone nodded and she walked out. Tsunade then came out of Sasuke's room.
"Baa-chan?" I stood up.
"It didn't stretch. The only thing left to do is a c-section." She said. I was so afraid, I didn't want her to do it but there was no choice.
"O-okay," she nodded and walked in the room.
"Hey Naruto it's gonna be okay," mom pat my back.
"But-,"
"I also had a c-section while having Kyuu," She said and my eyes widened.
"You really?" She nodded. It doesn't hurt, you will be asleep for the whole time.
"W-what if it doesn't work?" I asked panicked as my nerves couldn't calm down.
"Think positively honey, that's not like you," mom said
"Yeah Naruto, how do you think Sasuke is feeling right now? C'mon bro, stay strong for both of you," Ino said. I smiled before nodding.

No. P.o.v
Tsunade entered the room before closing it. Doctors where all gathered around the sleeping Sasuke. Tsunade gave the injection to make sure Sasuke doesn't wake up while the surgery.
"Okay, knife," she called. The lights where already shining on Sasuke's belly, the marker already drawn vertical on the pale man stomach. A nurse gave her a small knife and she carefully started cutting following the line drawn. Before she was even done the line a puddle of sweat was already sliding off her forehead. A tissue unexpectedly got on her face as one of the nurse whipped her sweat.
"Thanks," she mumbled. As she finished cutting blood started pouring out of the male staining the pale stomach.

"Naruto," a small whisper came but the blond didn't seem to hear.
"Hey Naru-,"
"Oi Baka," Sakura pressés a cold can against his neck and he shivered.
"Ahh, cold, cold." He looked back standing up.
"What the hell Sakura?" Naruto yelled.
Sakura clicked her tongue. "Calm toi Baka. Everybody is worried. Stop walking back and forward, it's annoying," she said and gave him the can. He took the van and smiled .
"Thanks ,"

Hours passed and I had no news of Sasuke when, Tsunade came out hurriedly.
"Baa-chan, what's wrong?" I asked and she looked at me sadly.
"Lady Tsunade?" Both mom and Sakura called.
"The babies," she started and my heart immediately sank. No, it can't be
"The babies came out healthy and good..." she stopped
"But." I started
"Sasuke, it's Sasuke," she said and I fell to my knees. I hadn't heard the news yet but I knew it was bad.
"Naruto," Sakura ran to hug me.
"Sasuke, his pulse is low and I can hardly get any life signal from him." She said.
"No. Sasuke is not..." I trailed off and I sensed her grip tighten around me. "Naruto," she buried her head in the crook of my neck.  "Naruto-," before she could say anything I pushed her abiT away and standing up.
"Can I see him?" I asked.
" yeah, but he's asleep barely hanging to life," she said as I walked to the room.
Sasuke was peacefully sleeping. I looked at the beeping screen and she was right, he was barely hanging on. The Zigzag lines were not far from being lines.
I sat on the chair beside his bed.
"Sasuke," I grabbed his almost cold hands.
"Please Sasuke comme back," tears started falling. I didn't want him to die.
"Please Sasuke. " my voice broke. "I can't live without you. I can't imagine it." No sign of life came.
"Sasuke, they're here. The babies...." I took a deep breathe.
"They're just waiting for you, so please wake,"
The beeping machine became louder and the beeping got slower. I looked up and the lines were starting to form a bit of a Zigzag. My eyes widened before Baa-chan entered.
"Na-."
"Baa-chan look, the lines," I point at the beeping machine and her eyes widened. "This is.... Naruto I need to do something, can you step out for a sec?" I nodded and walked out.
"Naruto, how... how's Sasuke? " Ino asked.
"He's coming back," I said my voice came out cracked.
"He's-,"
"He's gonna be okay." Lady Tsunade interrupted. Everyone breathe hard.
"He just needs some rest." She smiled.
