Broken Sleep

Back at the hospital again. Y/N thought. Y/N
was diagnosed at six years old with a rare bone disease. It was similar to bone cancer but it can be healed with anti inflammatories. It eats away at bone in intervals so each time it starts to act up, she's back in the hospital. Y/N was used to this as she had dealt with it her whole life but still was lonely almost all of the time. She began to read, and soon found herself falling asleep. At around 11:00 at night Y/N presumed, she was awoken by ambulance alarms. She looked out of the hospital window and was completely horrified. The scene was terrible. Dozens of people were being dragged into the hospital, a major catastrophe seemed to be the cause. Rattled by the scene Y/N forced herself to go back asleep. An hour later her sleep was broken once again, but this time a little more pleasantly. A nurse started to explain something, but it was just gibberish to Y/N being that she was half asleep. To her surprise a second hospital bed was now in her room. With a person in it. He had brown fuzzy hair and a slender body. Although, Y/N couldn't get a closer look as for the guy was facing away from her. The nurse after apparently explaining something walked out of the room. And Y/N was left with the man to fall asleep once again. Soft sobs could be heard breaking her sleep for the third time in one night. Y/N had forgotten that another person was in her room. The sobs were coming from him. At that moment Y/N crawled out of bed and snuggled up next to the troubled man. She didn't care who he was or why he was here
but she knew he needed comfort. She started to stroke his fore arms gently, and pet his hair slightly. He must have felt her presence because the sobbing seemed to stop after about 5 minutes. Y/N stayed at his side the whole night. They awoke in the same bed, snuggled up against each other. In the morning light
Y/N could now see all the mans features. She studied his face intently. His chin had slight stubble on it and there was a dimple on his chin. His lips were slender and full both at the same time. His nose was a perfect slope and his cheeks were a healthy pale color. His eyelashes curled slightly and his eyebrows were full. His hair highlighted his face perfectly. She started playing with his hair almost unintentionally. Before Y/N could realize what she was doing, the cute guy awoke. His chocolate brown eyes stared at her peacefully. The words rolled out of his mouth " Thank you for last night." Then he chuckled. Y/N started to blush. "I'm Danny, nice to meet you" Y/N smiled at Danny. She couldn't wait to get to know him.
