{CHAPTER 15}

*Lucas P. O. V**

Andrew was telling me something when suddenly Arabel faints. I run and catch her before she hits the floor, then I see the stab wound on her leg covered with so much blood . "We need to get to a hospital fast, lets go" I say as I carry her to the car, hot on Andrew's tail. The closest hospital is two minutes away, so I press on the wound to try to stop the bleeding while Andrew drives . We get to the hospital and immediately a group of people in scrubs come running out with a stretcher. I lay her on the stretcher, and they start taking her inside, I try to go in with her when one of them tries to stop me. "Sir you can't go in" the guy says as I ignore him and try to get Andrew off me "Andrew get the fuck off me before I shoot you and this dude" I say as I look at the guy. "Sir if you want us to help her you need to let us do our job" the guy says and I immediately stop. Lucas let's go wait for her in the waiting room okay" Andrew says as I start walking toward the front of the building.

It's been five hours since they took her in, and we still don't know anything . Colton, Andrew, Adeline, and my parents are all here waiting until she wakes up. All this waiting was making me go crazy, and I was about to go yell at the receptionist again when a doctor comes out. I jump up and wait for him to talk "She is currently awake, and we were able to save her leg, she is going to be just fine, but she did lose a lot of blood, so we are gonna keep her tonight to see how she does but you guys can go see her." The doctor says as he walks away. "You go ahead we will join you in a minute" my mom says. I nod and kiss her forehead before jogging to the elevator going to the fourth floor to go see my baby.

I find her room and knock before I open the door. The first thing I see is all the equipment she is hooked up to, making me mad and sad I ever let this happen to her. "Hey this isn't your fault I am the one who got out of the room when I heard the guns going off even bear tried to stop me but I told him to let me help or I would blame this on him, so he gave me a gun" she says quietly. "I love you: I say as I see her eyes get big. "I love you to Lucas" she say as she grabs my face and kisses me passionately. The door opens and everyone else walks in "okay break it up lovers we want to see her" my mom say, as she cries and hugs her. After everyone hugs her and talks for a bit they all leave because of how late it was. "By the way I called your school and said you're in the hospital, so they said get better and you will still be able to graduate on Thursday in 2 weeks" I say as I sit back down. "Thank you that was getting me worried. She says as her eyes start closing

"I'll be here when you wake up love, go to bed" I say as she smiles and closes her eyes.

"Hey Andrew did you find out who attacked us" I say to Andrew on the phone once I see she finally fell asleep. "Ya Arabel's dad, apparently he wants her back" Andrew says as I hear him playing the tapes. "You and Colton be ready tomorrow after Arabel gets out of here we are going after him am I clear I say threw the phone. "Crystal sir" he says, I hang up the phone and look at my sweet princess.

I hold her hand, get comfy on the couch and go to bed.
