Chapter Two

Cooper's Point of View:

People have been telling me about this Beatrix girl and how she was saying something about me in core while she was asleep... hm... weird... 

I was talking to Liam and then he just started to point at this girl and said how she was the one who talked about me. I looked over and saw her blushing, and the hurt in her eyes made me feel so bad for her. She looked pretty cute not gonna lie, so this was my chance to shoot my shot. 

*skip conversation and introduction*

"Yepp! See you soon!" Replied Beatrix happily

"Okay great! See ya!" 

I can't believe she said yes, and I cant believe I just asked her to come over to my house... wait.. shit... i forgot about my mom god dammit. I was so overwhelmed, that I just said "hey wanna come over to my house" without actually thinking about what I said... well, I'll think of something...

Beatrix' Point of View:

I can't believe that I was asked to go to freaking Cooper's house... COOPER'S HOUSE. My luck today... I don't know whether or not it was a good thing that I slept in class... but at least I get to see Cooper, he's just the most adorable thing on Earth.

*After School* 

After I got back home, I rushed to change out of my clothes... the clothes that didn't even match... I picked out an outfit that made it look like "hey I'm cute, but I'm not asking for it"

I checked my phone and went onto Instagram. I saw the time at the top and it was only 3 o'clock, so I grabbed some crackers to snack on while I wait for my mom to get ready. 

Cooper's Point of View

Right after I got home, I started to clean instantly. I texted my mom to get her nails done or something to stay out for a while.

~ Texts ~

To Mom ~

"Hey Mom, I will be having a couple friends come over to study, I'm cleaning up the house right now, is it okay if you get your nails done or something?"

From Mom ~

"Okay first, thank you for cleaning the house, second, who is coming over, and third, I would love to get my nails done, but you have to pay."

To Mom ~ 

"The usual, Liam and Ethan, and fine I will pay..."

From Mom ~

"You know I'm joking right? And okay, just please don't burn the house down, love you!"

To Mom ~ 

"Thanks and of course! Love you too!

~ End of Texts~

Oh thank god... okay no I just need to tidy some things up and then we would be good to go, can't wait till Beatrix comes over!

Beatrix' Point of View:

After, for what felt like 17 years, my mom was finally ready. It was 3:13, but my mom decided that it would be kind to get something for their family for helping me. We got them a few bags of chocolate and a bouquet of flowers. Even though I refused to get the flowers for them, my mom insisted and said it would be from her.

Cooper told me he lived a few streets down from the school, which seemed kind of cool because then he could just walk home instead of waiting 10-20 minutes after school is over to get a ride. 

I rung the doorbell, shaking with excitement and nervousness, when I realized I forgot my backpack at home. God dammit why.

Cooper answered the door and saw me holding the chocolates and the flowers. 

"Oh yeah hah these chocolates are for you as a thank you gift for helping me with my homework.... which I forgot to bring by the way... and these flowers are from my mom to your family."

"Aw thanks Beatrix you didn't have to, and also it's okay that you forgot your homework haha, do you want to watch a movie instead?"

"I would love to" 

You are suprised that you sounded so calm when you said that, while on the inside you were high fiving yourself and screaming.
