Chapter 3

We had taken the kids out in the backyard to play. By that time Alex's girlfriend had left. Me and Alex really ain't talk that much since the day I found he was cheating on me. To be honest I did still miss him a lil bit. But once a cheater always a cheater. So the kids was playing a game with Fatt, I loved the kids so much. I can't wait for me and Jamie to have our own. He wants it to be a boy me to. His name would be James Embray Lacey. I noticed that Alex had sat down across from me. He smelled good like always like a spring day with chocolate. He looked at me I could feel his eyes on my head .I ain't look up I had nothing to say to him. It was crazy how everyone else could see he was cheating but not me. I guess that's what you get when you go out with someone younger than you.

"Hi Ray."

"What do you want?"

"Damn its like that now? "

"Nigga you ain't No. I got no words for you. "

"You no I'm sorry right? "

"Yeah I no you sorry........sorry as excuse for a man."

"Man whatever, I done with ya shit. Crazy girl. "

Than he walked away I can't believe this boy like really now. After we brought the kids in it was nap time thank God. When they was all sleep.I took out my note book and started to write a new poem. My dream is to become a writer. I have big dreams so that I would never have to struggle. It was almost time from me to leave.I had to go to my house and changed cloths. I had on some grey and blue leggings with my blue and grey sweater. I loved to stay at Jamie house it is really pretty. So I walked to the door and before. knocked he new I was their.

"Hi bby! "

"Hi boo! "

I went in the house and the TV was on the Kimy was watching Elmo. Me and Jamie walked into the kitchen.

"Hows was your day at work? "

"It was OK.......Alex wanted to walk to me."

"Are you OK?"

"Yeah I don't care bout him no more."

"So want to help me cook?"

" Sure babe."

So me and James started to cook. I loved him so much and loved when we would spend time together.I wished I wad the one to have his child.

"Would you mind if I stayed the night?"

" Why you asking babe? You no this is your home."

"I no I just thought because kimy was here you would say no. "

"I would never say no to you. "

After we got done cooking the three of us sat at the table. I had to say that Jamie took good care of kimy.She is so adorable she is 2. When we for done eating I helped put the dishes in the dish washer.And went to my apartment to get some cloths. When I got back to Jamie's house Kimy was getting ready for bed. I went in her room to give her a kiss good night .I walked out her room and went to Jamie's room and their was candles and our favorite song playing "Another Round" .

"What is all this for?"

"This is for the love of my life. Me saying sorry bout my drama and it hurting you."

"Jamie you ain't got to to all this.I will be with you no matter what. "

"I no you would Ray that's why I want to be with you forever and more."

Jamie came over to me and gave me a kiss. I loved the way his lips felt against mine.We layer on the bed kissing and hugging. I went to the bathroom to change my clothes and when I came out it was totally dark accpect the light that came from the moon. I waked over to the bed Jamie was laying g their with his hands behind his head I went and layer next to him. And fell a sleep in his arms dreaming about your happily ever after.
