"God! I hate that teacher already!" I yelled while I gripped my hair.
"I'm sure she hates you too, Fera." Devi bluntly replied.
"Yeah, yeah... Should we just skip detention? It'll get us closer to expulsion." I yawned and kicked my feet up onto my desk.
The music room we were in was empty. No people. Just desks, stands, and chairs. Devi and I were music maniacs, and we listened to practically anything; Classic, Pop, Rock, you name it.
I leaned my head back against my chair.
"I guess that wouldn't be a bad idea, huh?" Devi hummed and crossed his legs on his chair.
"Anyway, we should get going. We have to go meet those Sakamaki guys." Devi says.
I groaned, but stood anyway. Why couldn't we just stay in our house instead?
(~__Time Skip!__~)
God damn, this whole manor just for six siblings? Fucking ridiculous...
Devi and I walked into the gates of the Sakamaki household, our bags held tightly in our hands.
The place was nostalgic, but beautiful. It had to be at least two stories tall, and the brick walls were covered in vines. Despite the messy walls, the bushes were trimmed neatly and the fountain was clean. The house was lined mostly with windows, but they were covered with curtains, so we couldn't see what was inside.
As we neared the large manor's doors, Devi knocked once.
"Do it three times for dramatic effect." I whispered. He scoffed, but knocked three times.
The door opened and revealed a petite, blonde girl in a pink shirt and brown shorts.
"...Yes?" She softly asked.
The two of us practically towered over her. We were 5'8" and she was probably around 5'3" or something. I walked passed her, and into the manor.
"Wow, this place is pretty big." I commented as I leaned forward to look around a corner.
"H-Hey, you can't just barge in-!"
"I'm pretty sure we can, since we live here now." Devi tiredly interrupted.
The girl ran up to me, and grabbed my sleeve. "You... You don't understand. You need to leave..." She said.
I blinked at her, and slowly levitated the two of us off of the ground. The girl shrieked in response, and started kicking her legs.
"Chill! If you kick, you're just gonna fall. Try to enjoy being up here." She clung onto my sleeve and refused to open her eyes. She was trembling now, so I descended back to the ground with a sigh.
"I swear, if everyone here is a sap like you, everything's gonna be worse than it was back home." I kicked at the floor, and my shoes squeaked against the tile. It echoed through-out the hallways.
"I-If... If you really do live here now, then... Follow me." She seemed to hesitate before trudging down the left hallway.
Devi and I looked at each other and shrugged.
What could possibly go wrong?
