Ariella, was in a world of hurt after she loses herself while trying to protect herself from a screwed up relative of hers who nearly destroyed her life and everything she was. He took everything from her, when he was supposed to be the one to help her build everything she was going to be. Now she's stuck trying to rebuild her life and self while maintaining panic attacks and PTSD moments. What will she do when she college opens up a new world of triggers and painful memories? Then she meets Carter, a guy that's in her police academy class, willing to do anything to get her attention. One day he sees her having a panic attack and it breaks walls down for Ariella that she wasn't able to before. Will she be able to grow closer to someone? Could this be the beginning of something that can heal her or break her forever? Can she overcome what she's going through in order to have the career she wants?
