Chp 9

Madiha's P.O.V

I woke up early in the morning with the sound of beautiful azzan.... I got up and did my wudu and offered my salah....

After I was done with my salah I got up and kept the prayer mat... I was a little tired so thought to sleep... Suddenly my door got knocked....

I opened the door and saw mom standing there...

Asalamu alaikum madiha....

Walikum asalam mumma

Beta I didn't know when my madiha grow up so fast...

I didn't got it why mumma was talking like... Suddenly realization hit me hard and oh my Allah... I completely forgot that today is my engagement day....

Madiha are you listening...

Ahh.. Umm... Yaa mumma

Okay take ur engagement dress and after breakfast start getting ready as maruf's family will be coming in afternoon for the engagement....

After she went I closed the door....

I kept the dress on bed.... And went to my wardrobe and took out my dairy.... I am not a person who is able to maintain a dairy but I do write when something is going in my life...

Dear dairy,

I am so confused what should I do??? What is happening in my life I don't know.. If he would have not send me that message things would be different today.... I don't understand if he doesn't love me then why this marriage??? May be he is forced to do this marriage....My love for him is starting to turn into hate.... I hate him... I hate this engagement... I hate this dress.... Ughhhh... I am only doing this for my parents... For their happiness... I have left everything on Allah.... He will surely do what's best for me....

With that I closed my dairy and kept it inside the wardrobe....

After my breakfast I started getting ready....

Zohh called me this morning and she was super excited for this marriage... I didn't told her about the message because I don't want her to get stress in this condition....

But I am angry on her she said she will be late....

How can she be late on her best friend's engagement

Anyways my cousins did my hair and makeup....

After 10 minutes I went downstairs...

In living room all my close female relatives and friends were there.... And in the lawn all the gents were there....

My mom made me sit on the chair and suddenly zoha came from behind and hugged me... Surprise

Zoii wen did uh came???

Oh my Allah zoii I missed uh so so much

I missed uh too my maddy and I am so happy for uh.... I met Maruf as well and I must say he is very happy.... And In sha Allah you both are definitely going to make a great couple.....

Masha Allah you are looking so pretty maddy....

After seeing zoha's excited I did wanted to make her sad so I just pretended that I am happy

The engagement was done and me and zoha were in my room

Zoha - Maddy listen na

Madiha - Yaa say

Zoha - Are uh seriously happy??

Madiha - offcourse Zoi I am happy... Why are you asking like that?

Zoha - I don't think so you are happy... I feel like you are just pretending to be happy... Maddy I know you since so long am your bestfriend.... Just tell me what there in your before its too late.... I can't see the excitement when uh confessed me that uh love Maruf.... What happen madiha please tell me

(Madiha started crying)

Madiha - Zoh I don't know what's going on.... I am so confused.... After we had a talk I called Maruf and confessed him about my love for him..... And then I cut the call and after that we didn't talked.... The next day he came with his parents with my marriage proposal.... And I said yes...

After that I saw his message where he said to me that we should stop talking... We should meet or hang out together...

I don't understand does he even love or his parents has forced for this marriage...

I am so confused zoii... I... I don't know what to do

Zoha - Maddy listen first of all stop crying.... I will just say that today when I saw him and talked to him he genuinely seems happy and may be there might be some misunderstanding try to clear it out and leave everything on Allah.... Have patience and trust on your qadr....

Finally an update.... I know I am super late with the update but in sha Allah this time I will update regularly...

I was super busy as I was in my last year.... So I was super busy with the assignments and all....
