They had taken me, it was a dark building and I was surrounded by at least fifty kids. They were testing us, physically, through a series of activities which we thought were enjoyable at the time.
We ended up in a large room with several adults on the left side of the room and a glass wall shadowed us. I didn't quite understand what was going on at the time when I saw these children pour out of the walls beyond the glass wall in a sequential manner. They began ice skating in coordinated patterns as if they were in fast forward. There was a very eerie vibe and it was pin-drop silence the entire time.
A young girl next to me drew my attention away from the scene before me by saying "They've been in there for three months already in the time we've been watching them" The reality of the situation sunk in then as my eyes swept to the left side of the room. A woman was holding an iPad and it seemed as though she was controlling the children beyond the glass wall.
It was a game, the game was real and we were the next victims.
