[In the car ride to the red carpet]
[Soojin]
"Omg girls I'm like so nervous"
[Yuqi]
"Yeah. Me too."
[Miyeon]
"This is pretty much our biggest stage performance yet as a group. And the fact that we're also performing in front of all those big idols makes it more nerve wrecking"
[Soojin]
"Ok. Now I'm literally shaking. What if I mess up or forget my lines or moves"
[Minnie]
"That's a possibility. I'm scared for myself too. That would be so embarrassing"
[Soyeon]
"No! Ok girls stop thinking like that. Tonight is going to go amazing. Don't let your nerves get the best of you. We can do this. And the other idols are gonna be shook after they see our stage. Right??!"
[Ot5]
"Yeaah!"
[Soyeon]
"Right.. Soojin?"
[Soojin]
[looking out the car window with her mind going elsewhere]
[Soyeon]
"Soojin!!"
[Soojin]
"...huh? Oh um yeah, yeah. Right"
Soojin has been confident in her performance for the awards but has always been feeling indifferent since her super awkward encounter with Park Jimin from BTS. She didn't tell the girls about what happened and just let it go.
She still remembers all of it especially the way he looked at her even though she probably looked odd and stupid to him. She thought. And now he's gonna be there tonight. "Does he even know who I am? or what I look like to remember? Why does this even matter?"
Soojin spent the rest of the days after over thinking about the whole situation. It wasn't even a big deal. It happens. So why did it bother her so much?
[Shuhua]
"Ahh we're here"
At the event, the girls sat comfortably at the idol's section. They were one of the first groups to arrive and waited for others to show up one by one.
[Announcer]
"And now.. It's time to announce the Rookie group of the year award. This year has been probably the most challenging and competitive year for the new groups in the industry. Whoever wins this category is surely astounding. Let's see the nominees"
[Soyeon]
[holding hands with the other girls]
"Omg girls here we go..."
[Announcer]
"And the winner is....
(G)I-DLE!!!!"
[crowd screams and cheers]
The girls all jump up with so much joy and happiness.
[Ot6]
"AAAAAAA WE WON"
They go up to the stage and collect their award and Soyeon made a beautiful speech about their gratefulness and journey as rookie artists. They promised to continue making an impact in the music industry.
The crowd cheered.
Back to their seats with huge smiles on their faces, the girls sat down to enjoy the rest of the show.

Moments later a loud noise and screaming instantly came from the crowd. Other idols including (G)I-DLE were wondering what's going on.
[Miyeon]
"gasp...omg guys guess who's here and just arrived!"
The girls look around confused.
[Minnie]
"Oh my gosh. It's BTS"
[Yuqi]
"Whoaa, they're here! this crowd is going insane right now"
[Soyeon]
"It's really them, cool"
[Soojin]
[looking nervous]
"Oh.."
The girls and other idols got up to bow to BTS. They were so polite and greeted everyone and bowed back.
As Soojin got up to bow she noticed "him" getting closer. Her nerves struck up instantly without still understanding why. She brought down her head and bowed towards him. He bowed back and briefly glanced at her up and down a little before moving on to his seat.
Their eyes met.
[Soojin]
[to herself]
"...oh shit"
Now a part of her couldn't wait to go on stage and perform to get this uneasy feeling she was experiencing... away.
