What the hell did Emma just say? I swore I heard the words Alex Blake come out of her mouth when we were telling each other our crushes.

I'm pretty sure I had dibs on Alex. If not, then I'm really sure I saw him first.

Plus Alex and Emma don't talk that much. Just a few hi's and hey's here and there while Alex and I talked like every lunchtime but I really couldn't tell if he was into me or what.

Anyway Emma and I stood there in utter silence for the next I don't even know how many minutes.

"What do u mean by Alex Blake?" She said finally breaking the silence.

"I mean that Alex is my crush. What do YOU mean by Alex Blake."

"I mean that Alex is my crush too."

"Ahahahahahahahahaha." I was soo amused.

"I'm not joking." She said looking pretty angry.

"I don't care if you're not joking. Alex is mine!" I was super angry now.

"Haha! What did you have dibs on him or something?"

This was funny to her but I was really angry right about now.

"I'm not here for small talk Emma. Once you understand that Alex belongs with me and not you then you can talk to me, but for now, keep your distance." I said and stormed of and headed to class.

This was not a good day to start off the new school year.

More importantly this was not a good way to treat my best friend for 10 years.

Ughh what did I just do?!
