by the time that i reached the dorms, everything was quiet.

yerin-unnie mindlessly switched from channel to channel, yewon was nowhere to be seen, though i think she's in her room.

eunha-unnie seemed to have locked herself in her own room again.

yuna-unnie was on the couch beside yerin-unnie, her head was leaning onto yerin-unnie's chest—i think she's tired.

as for sojung-unnie...

"where is sojung-unnie?" i almost bit my lip once those words left my lips.

a plate breaking in the kitchen was the only confirmation that i needed.

"eunbi-yah..." yerin-unnie turned to face me, confusion etched on her face. "what exactly happened here?"

i looked at her confusedly too, before i remembered.

oh, right, yerin-unnie wasn't there when shit happened.

the clicking of a lock led us to face eunha-unnie's door.

her eyes were red, as if she cried a while ago.

i almost scoffed—so now they're crying.

as i thought about it, i suddenly feel a pang of guilt, remembering my promise to moonbin.

"remember eunbi, don't hold grudges towards your members—don't end up like dongmin-hyung and suyeon-noona."

i steeled my nerves, and smiled bitterly at eunha-unnie, "hi, unnie."

thud. something seemed to fall from yewon's room.

i ignored it, yewon doesn't need to apologize.

another door opened, and i barely had time to process things before three large bodies piled up to me.

"we're sorry, eunbi." sojung-unnie seemed to sniffle.

i smiled.

don't accept their apologies yet, eunbi. a voice seemed to say at the back of my mind. they might—

"i forgive you guys." i blocked the voice.

"in a crossroad where even the moon of the night sky is hidden,
i'm waiting for you."
