12. Please, I Beg of You

KELSEY'S POV

I woke up in what it seems like a white room filled with fog. Was I lost or something? "Hello, is there anyone there?" I called out. At the end of the room was an open door and I saw a couple in each other's arms. I stepped closer to only realize that the couple were my parents.

Kelsey: Mom? Dad?

Mom: Dan, our Kelsey girl is here with us.

They both turned to me and embraced me. For a long time, I actually felt like I was with my whole world.

Dad: Our Kelsey, what's wrong honey?

Kelsey: I was in a car accident...I think I might have died

Mom: Oh no honey there must be some kind of mistake...you have to go back to your life honey, live out your dreams, live a life filled with laughter and joy.

Kelsey: That's the thing mom, being here with you & dad...I want this life again...to be with you two, I need you (I started to cry as they hugged me longer)

Dad: Honey, as much as we want you here with us..it's not your time yet. People need you in their lives

Dad waved his hand through a cloud & visions popped up. There was a vision of Cooper crying as Marielle tried to comfort him, "Kelsey is going to be stronger than ever Coop, when she wakes up, all we have to do is pray," said Marielle. One of Monique crying her eyes out in front of her parents yelling, "Mom, dad, I can't lose Kelsey..she's my best friend, she's been with me through everything." Another one of myself laying down in the hospital bed. I looked so bad, I looked sad & broken. Then Julian & Nikki walked into the room. Julian sat in the chair next to me & held my hand, "This is all my fault Nikki, I'm so stupid. And because of my stupidity & jealousy I can lose my best friend, the love of my life."

Kelsey: Please stop...I don't want to watch these. They don't need me. Especially Julian, he broke my heart. He doesn't need me.

Mom: Honey, as you can see he is totally wrecked without you. Now, we're not saying you should forgive him right away, but people make mistakes. His jealousy clouded his judgement.

Kelsey: You don't understand. He just assumed that I would cheat on him. It hurt to know that he did not trust me, and I already warned him about Liliana several times before..he didn't believe me. I don't need that type of energy in my life. You two taught me that to always get rid of the negative energy in my life.

Dad: You're right honey. Whatever you decide to do, we will always watch over you. But your friends who have become your family. Especially Monique and her family. They took you in once your mother passed. Monique needs her sister and her best friend. Cooper & Marielle have grown to love you, including his family. You're just a loving person Kelsey, and people are scared to loose you. I know you want to be with us, but now is not your time. However, when it is your time..your mother & I will be waiting for you right here to be with you. Now chase your dreams, fight for what you love, and most importantly be happy.

Mom & Dad: We love you our Kelsey girl.

I tried to run after them, but then I woke up in the hospital bed. I looked around the room moving my eyes only because my body ached still. I saw Nikki, Monique, & Julian asleep in their own chairs. Julian was holding my hand as he had his bed on my bed. I quickly pulled my hand away from his. He instantly jumped up.
