*your P.O.V*
Today, you, your friend Hayoung, your brother Byun Baekhyun and his friend Lay will be going to your grandmother's house in Kangwondo Yanggu (Kangwondo Province) to stay for the weekend. It was originally just you and Baekhyun who were going to go but then Baekhyun remembered that Lay had wanted to visit too. So he invited him to come. Then you called your friend, Hayoung because you knew that she had a crush on Lay.
*phone call*
"Hey! Hayoung! Do you want to go to my grandmother's house with me?" you asked her when she picked up.
"Maybe... Who's coming?" she asked. Typical Hayoung.
"Me, my brother and Lay." you replied, emphasizing Lay. He gave you the what-did-I-do look but you ignore it and go back to the phone call.
"Coming in 10." and with that she hung up.
After, 12 minutes and 2 seconds, she came running in her Converses.
"Hey Ha-?! ARE YOU FRIGGIN WEARING MAKEUP?!" you say, shocked because you know that she hates makeup. Makeup was not her style. And so wasn't dresses. Or skirts. Yes, she was a tomboy. So obviously, you were quite surprised at her appearance. She gives you the shut-up-or-I-will-friggin-smash-your-face look and you instantly shut your mouth, knowing how scary she can be. Hayoung and Lay introduce them to each other and shake hands. After Lay turns around to walk to the car, Hayoung squeezes your arm and gives a tiny squeal. You just roll your eyes and continue walking. Once, at the car, Hayoung opens the back seat door, thinking you would follow after her but instead she finds Lay getting pushed in by you. You quickly shut the door and go to the seat next to the driver's. Baek gets in to the driver's one and looks at you like 'what is going on?'. You point at Hayoung and do the heart sign and then point at Lay. Your brother nods slowly and smirks. You do too and soon you guys are off.
*after a very very long time*
"Ahhhhh, we're here!" Baekhyun says, stretching while getting out of the car.
You see Hayoung getting out of the car as fast as she can and then coming over to you. You think she is going to hold your arm and squeal but instead she punches you in the stomach.
"AH! What the hell was that for?!" you shout.
She gives you a death glare and drags you off towards where the boys are. You walk to the old, little cottage and greeted by your still-young-looking-grandmother. She gives you a big hug and then gives your brother a hug as well.
"Well, well, well, looks like we have visitors with you?" she says with a big, bright smile.
"Nae! (yes, formal way in Korean) This is Hayoung and Lay." you say, pointing at them as you said their names. They both bow and say "Annyonghaseyo!".
"Couple?" your grandmother asks.
Hayoung looks startled and shakes her head vigorously. Lay just laughs.
"Oh! Sorry for the misunderstanding!" she says.
"It's alright." Lay says with his famous angel smile.
"You two should really go out!" your grandmother says.
Everyone chuckles. Hayoung just fakes hers and they all hurry inside with their luggage. The 4 of you's go to the living room where lunch is served. Everyone talks and has fun, looking around the house and asking questions to your grandmother. Time goes by quick and it is already time for dinner. Everyone goes to the backyard for dinner. Korean-style BBQ was the menu tonight. Everyone gobbles everything up and leans back on their chairs. They all look at the big pile of dishes, waiting to be cleaned. You and your brother tell your grandmother that she should go inside and have some rest and two of them from the four could do it. She nods and goes inside and gets ready to sleep.
"Rock, paper scissors is the easiest way to solve this problem!" Baek says.
"Ready? Rock, paper, scissors!" you shout.
Just like every time, Hayoung loses and the remaining three do it again. This time you and Baekhyun decide to put the same thing in. Lay loses, putting a fist and you and your brother putting a flat hand for paper. You and your brother high five each other and start strutting towards the cottage.
"Have fun you two!" you say while winking at Hayoung.
