Self-Insertions

Okay, can you not.

Out of all the things I see in fanfiction, it's self insertions. Holy shit, I hate it when fangirls do that. You know why I dislike this so very much? It's because you make you and a character fall in love, and it's seriously out of character. I get that you want to do the character and everything, but calm down you thirsty eleven year old kids.

Mother of Banana Lord, you literally make the character out of canon. I'm looking at you creepypasta fangirls. (I know there are other fandoms, but it's just this one that pisses me off) Okay, so you see me getting mad at this, and you disagree? Please go away. Don't write these kinds of fan-fiction and expect me to love it blindly. I have background characters in my own book (currently being worked on before published) that would fit better in the place of your character  because yours seem so fake and unoriginal that it hurts.

Also, before I go on, do you guys know that stealing pictures and calling it your character without saying to give credit to the artist/photographer is called art theft? It can get you in trouble.

So you know these kinds of people, right? You think I mean all of these self insertions? Maybe I do, but having characters with reasonable stories in the fan-fiction is perfectly fine. Just don't make it a copy of a character, alright?

I have to mention that some people expect me to read things but I honestly hate everyone on this site excluding a few people and my in-real-life friends. That'll be next topic because I'm not too mad right now.
