Everything was burning, but it quickly went away. He groaned as he opened his eyes. Looking at both his torn, gloved hands, he then held his head as he was having a little headache. His legs felt limp, but he was altogether far too tired. He wanted to go back to sleep, and it was very tempting. He closed his eyes, letting sleep embrace him, but not before he remembered something.

"I love you dad."

"Dad!" Bendy exclaimed as his hollow eyes shot wide open.

He looked around trying to see where he was, but he could only see a huge bubble of ink surrounding him, as if it were a useless, inky void. He then heard sobbing of sorts and looked around. He soon saw someone, more exact, a very familiar face, even though it was very easy to notice their skeletal figure and head shape. Bendy was very careful approaching him, as he worried he could still be violent, that and the hell that he was put through was something he didn't want to experience for a good, long while. He, eventually, was standing in front of The Ink Demon, but he showed no signs of being afraid. In fact, he seemed calm, if anything.

"Bendy?" He said to The Ink Demon.

He lifted his head to meet Bendy's gaze. His eyes widened just ever so slightly looking at him.

"WHAT ARE YOU-? H-HOW-? Y-YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE..." The Ink Demon said.

"What are you talking about?" Bendy replied, "what the hell is this place?"

"YOU WOULDN'T REMEMBER," The Ink Demon replied, "THE TRUTH IS... YOU, ME, EVERYONE WAS STUCK IN A REPEAT AT ONE POINT. EVERY SEARCHER AND LOST ONE COUNTS HOW MANY TIMES A PERSON HAS DIED HERE, AND A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE DIED HERE."

"Yeah, if it weren't for a certain someone," Bendy said with a cold tone.

"OH, SO YOU'RE PUTTING THE BLAME ON ME, HUH?! I WASN'T EVEN MOSTLY THE ONE WHO KILLED ALMOST ALL OF THEM!"

"Oh yeah?! Well these searchers, lost ones, and even the multiple clones of Boris didn't show up because of me! YOU thought it would be smart to have a jolly old time and murder them!"

"AND YOU COULD HAVE STOPPED ME! YOU'RE JUST AS GUILTY AS I AM!"

"I didn't stop you because I was scared!"

"..."

"I saw what they did to Boris. It scared me. You were different. It doesn't take much for you to get angry. I'm harder to break, but it still scared me. When you asked me to help you kill them, I had to draw the line somewhere, but you kept crossing it. Eventually I just stayed hidden, hoping Henry could come back and change you and we could fix everyone and walk out of here..."

"..."

"It was a stupid idea really. Now nobody's getting out of here."

The Ink Demon took a deep breath and looked at Bendy.

"BEN, DO YOU WANNA SEE HIM AGAIN?"

"What?"

"DAD. DO YOU WANT TO SEE DAD AGAIN?"

"Yes! More than anything!"

"WELP," The Ink Demon said, standing up, "I GUESS I HAD TO PASS THE THRONE TO SOMEONE EVENTUALLY."

"What?" Bendy asked before The Ink Demon's body became fully black and shattered into a puddle of ink, "Bendy?!"

Bendy watched as the ink puddle surrounded him and latched onto him. Bendy panicked at first, but it wasn't hurting him at all. In fact, it was rather the opposite. Bendy watched in amazement as his body was fixing itself and even making it better.

When it was done, he looked at his new appearance and was astounded. He was now the same height as The Ink Demon, he had both gloves and his bowtie back and they weren't torn anymore, he even had his shoes back, his body was now in a healthy, less skeletal state, and he felt his eyes to notice they were back to being normal pie-cut, cartoon eyes again.

He wrapped his arms around himself and smiled.

"Thank you Bendy," he said to himself.

He then heard whispering sounds and looked to see a tunnel of ink. Instinctively, he walked to the light at the end of the tunnel and embraced the warmth, ready for what would happen next.

(Over with Henry)

He couldn't believe it. When the light faded, he opened his eyes to see that he was in Joey's apartment again. Everything was the same as he remembered, their talk, the model of The Ink Machine, and even the way back to the studio. Now he was there again. He knew where to go, so he started up The Ink Machine, went to the Boris corpse, and waited. He stood there for a few seconds until he felt someone tap his shoulder he turned around, only to have a bright smile as he looked to see who he was waiting for.

"H-heya dad. Hope ya didn't miss me too much," Bendy said.

Henry smiled and gave Bendy a hug, which of course, Bendy hugged back.

"I promise dad, I'll get us out of here," Bendy whispered, "no matter how many loops it takes. I'll make sure of it."

"I know you will, but for now, let's just stay here a little longer," Henry replied, Bendy still hugging him.

"That's fine with me," Bendy said.
