I'm biting my nails again.
Lower than ever.
Im picking at myself till I get skin up,
Biting my lip over and over till I pull skin off leavening them chapped and bleeding.
Depression is settling in again,
It's settling hard.
This time I have no one to got to.
Just another bad habit to add to the list.
