Twenty minutes later Richie showed up at eddies doorsteps holding a box of chocolates, a stuffed bear, two packs of ramen, and a tub of ice cream.
He stumbled in, walking up to eddies room. Eddie stared in awe and all the presents. "Richie..." he began, jaw slack.
"I know you're gonna be like, 'Richie, you didn't have to get me all this' or 'you get some too!'—"
"I love it."
"Really?"
"Of course."
Richie grinned wider than he'd ever grinned before and plopped down beside Eddie on his bed. He wrapped an arm around him and pulled him in for a hug. Eddie complied. He liked richies cuddles.
