CHAPTER 2 HATE AND LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

INSIDE MAX WINHER'S CAR

"Ahh... Sir thanks, kayo pa ang maghahatid sa akin hehehe" Bulong ni MJ kay Max na hindi naman siya pinapansin. Duh? I am just doing this since nalaman nila na ako yun, you pulled my mask and sun glasses trash!

"Ah yeah of course anything for you" I answered, with convincing voice.

"Saan pala kita ihahatid?" I asked. Smiling at her.

"Sa News Express building, ako kase yung mag w-weather forecast ngayon actually hindi ito yung una nateng pagki..." Hindi pa siya tapos mag salita ng sumingit ako, "Alright, let us take a picture for our official friendship alright?" I interrupted, holding my phone. I took a picture of us both. Para hindi yung pagsusunget ko ang mag-viral but my kindness.

"Ah, Sir, alam niyo po ang dami kong posters ninyo" She said looking so happy , "Ah, ok,... oh? We're here? Just wait in here ako na magbubukas ng pinto mo" I told her in a very kind voice. She keep smiling at me and those eyes, is she acting cute?

Lumabas na siya ng sasakyan, aysss... totoo ba talaga toh? Si Max nakatabi ko sa sasakyan at hinatid pa ako sa work. Binuksan niya ang pinto banda sa akin, everyone was taking pictures, maraming reporters. It's like I'm going to a special event with Max. He grabbed my hand and cover my head para hindi ako mauntog.

Tumayo kami sa harapan nila, everyone keeps taking pictures they're making sure to get all angles, para lang may maibalita nanaman, I can see some Express News reporters taking pictures and videos as well.

"Umm... Max, pasok na ako sa loob" Bulong ko sakanya, smiling at the cameras. Ang sakit na nga sa mata ng mga flash eh.

"I will go with you, remember I need to talk to your boss" He whispered back, his voice sounds so sweet. It's like a lullaby, it makes me feel safe and comforted.

And so pumasok nga kami sa loob nandun padin sa likod yung mga taong nag p-pictures, di sila nagpapapigil eh. Lumabas naman kaagad ang director namen sa lobby and the other news anchors. Pinky glared at me. Si Pink yang pinaka nakakainisan ko sa lahat feeling niya kasi magaling siya sa lahat. Sa totoo lang naman kaya nakuha niya yung news anchor spot dahil his dad is one of our sponsor, she made him talked to our boss.

"Are you the director? How bout the boss? I need to talk to him to" Max said. Crossed arms. Naka yuko lang ako.

"Yeah, I am the director, good morning Master" The Director answered sound so kind, as if naman! Sigaw siya ng sigaw sa akin now he is pretending to be a kind and calmed person.

"Alright, gusto kong mag-sorry dahil ngayon lang si Miss MJ, something happened." Max said looking at him, yung voice niya, yung boses na may authority.

"Oh, that? You don't have to apologized, hmm... she still have 30 minutes to prepare" Director replied keeping his voice low and calmed.

"Is that so?" Max replied and glanced at me "Then lalabas ka sa news with those kind of clothes?" He asked me, I just nod my head. Wala naman akong ibang damit eh, nagmadali kasi ako, di ko alam mag w-weather forecast ako.

"Hmmm... I can't allow that, I will call Mr. Ben" He said showing his phone to the cameras.... "Hello? Secretary Ben? Bring the most expensive and the loveliest apparel of women here in Express News building" He said, scanning me from my head to toe, "Ummm... I think medium lang siya pick the newest one yung ngayon lang dinala alright? Bilis" He added sa kausap niya on phone. Everyone was cheering him. He is so kind and gentleman. He tapped my shoulders. "I'll go ahead, wait for the clothes, parating nayun" He said and walk heading outside.

"Hahahaha! He really knew how to clean his mess!" I shouted, laughing frankly, reading the article on my tablet. "It is a good thing hon" Josephine Winher said, his wife, pouring coffee in the cup. "Still not better than me, if he wished to own that company someday he should learn how to live a decent life and find a wife, a good wife" I answered. I grabbed the cup and slurped some. "Hmmm... stay calm hon, you know Max is really trying his best, alright? Give him a break" Josephine replied, smiling at her husband.
