She was about to fall. Not fall down emotionally like she did almost everyday. But very literally. She was on the rooftop of a 5 story building. High enough for the wind to be pushing strong against her back. It was like a gentle push never faltering; always consistent. She took a half step forward and peered down at the world around her. She was in a large city. All around her were tall skyscrapers that would be faster and much more efficient, but she had traveled this far for this particular building. She saw all the people below; happily cruising about their own lives. However, for a city as large as this it was eerily quiet. It was just like her backyard at home. Peaceful, quite, and relaxing. She gazed down one last time and saw a group of people had gathered. They were cheering her on. She couldnt let them down she had to give them what they wanted. With a last whisp of breath she took flight, like an eagle from a perch, she flew away-
She was awoken by her mother calling for dinner. She came to the realization of a few things. 1-She was in her bed, not on the roof of a building. 2-She was awake now and had to deal with life and act fine. 3-She was still here. It was becoming more and more difficult for her to tell reality from dreams. The line was becoming burred and it was harder than ever to remember things. She eased out of her bed and stumbled to the door. "Im coming mom!"
When she had gotten to the dining room she immediately noticed a difference.
